Alton House Hotel is a grand Grade II listed Georgian Building set it its own well-manicured gardens and within only a couple of minutes’ walk of Alton train station (just over 1 hour direct from London Waterloo), the town centre and the ‘Watercress Line’ heritage railway.

The gazebo is a permanent structure and therefore licensed for marriage ceremonies so you can exchange vows on the lawn, with a string quartet playing softly in the background.

At Alton House Hotel we believe each couple is unique therefore we dont have set packages or minimum spends. We can offer the traditional sit down formal wedding breakfast or something more relaxed, your wedding can last the whole weekend or just a few hours, with 6 guests or 60 guests; your wedding, your choice!
