1. Book your date. Tell us when your event is so we can get everything ready for you.
2. Pre-record your message. Not sure what to say? We’ve got prompts a-plenty to help you nail your greeting.
3. Get your phone. We send your phone and neon sign three days before your event so they’re with you in plenty of time for the big day.
4. Set it up and let everyone get stuck in. Your message will be on there already, and the phone and neon sign are battery-operated, so you can put them wherever you like.
5. Send it back. Just pop the phone and sign back into the box they arrived in, and use the pre-paid labels for postage.
6. Listen, laugh, cry. The bit you can’t wait for: you get your love notes the day after we get the phone back. Pour yourself a drink, sit down and get ready to hear things from a completely different perspective.
