Alice did my hair and make up, my mum’s hair and make up and hair and make up for 5 bridesmaids at my wedding last Saturday.

Before the wedding, her communication was amazing, the trial was great and even when I wanted a few changes to my hair after the trial, Alice was so accommodating. She also gave us some great tips for skincare and how to best prep ahead of the wedding day which were really useful.

On the day, Alice fitted in so nicely with us all for the morning prep. She was so calm and chatty, which just put all of us at ease. Her approach to the morning just made it extra special, I will remember it so fondly, and the photos of the morning reflect how much fun we had! She was so efficient and we were all ready in plenty of time which helped avoid any stress of being late. The way Alice did my hair and make up, in such a natural way, made me feel amazing, and all the bridesmaids and my mum looked stunning. Our hair and make up also stayed all day, it didn’t drop or need topping up once which was great.

Overall, Alice was just wonderful, I feel incredibly lucky to have found her for my wedding and would recommend anyone else looking to book her ASAP! You absolutely won’t regret it.

I honestly cannot recommend Alice enough - I booked Alice to do hair and make up for my wedding in September for me (bride), my mother, mother-in-law, and my bridesmaids. From the hair and make up trial, I knew I had made the right decision - Alice is so friendly and talented and made me feel so at ease. I never get my hair or make up done and so wasn't sure what to expect, but it was so nice to be able to sit back and relax and know that Alice was creating the exact look I had requested (if not better).
I had seen a review saying Alice was basically like another bridesmaid on the wedding day and I have to agree - she even helped me re-pierce my ear when my earring wouldn't go in! Honestly she made the whole morning feel so special but also relaxing and I felt so happy and confident with my hair and make up. I know the mums and bridesmaids also loved the experience and how they looked and we all had the best time getting ready with Alice's help.

I am so so grateful to Alice for making me feel absolutely amazing on my big day! My makeup was so much better than I could have ever imagined and I have never felt so beautiful and confident in my life as I did that day! Alice was so endlessly patient and helpful on both the trial and on the day with such an indecisive bride and so lovely to have with me and my girls on the wedding morning, they all commented on how great their makeup was and how lovely she was. Alice is one of the loveliest people you will ever meet! Did my hair and make up just the way I wanted and was brilliant at keeping me and the girls chatting to distract us from the nerves.

Even just from the very first exchange of email with Alice, she understood that I was looking for someone who could create a natural yet unique, hair and make up look for my wedding day.

She made me, my Mum, and all five of bridesmaids feel so at ease in the lead up to the wedding and on the day, and wasn't phased at all by our requests of different looks.

Alice was very well organised and made sure that we were all ready in plenty of time, meaning that all I had to do was sit back, relax and sip champagne! I HIGHLY recommend her for any future bride.

I would absolutely recommend Alice as a bridal makeup artist. She has been very professional from the start by giving recommendations and listening to what look I wanted. I loved the look she has done for myself, my sister and mum. Alice has made my wedding morning very relaxed and my makeup & hair was perfect for the whole day!

I was quite nervous about this part of my wedding day, as I am not someone who knows much about make-up. Alice was just wonderful! She took me under her wing, explained how it would all work, as well as the basics of make-up that I am so clueless on. She was great at talking me through options, dealt well with my indecisiveness and ultimately created the most perfect natural look for me and my bridesmaids. The make-up and hair lasted all day and she kindly gave me lipstick to top up. Alice herself was very responsive in the run up to the wedding. Importantly, she was so kind, calm and reassuring and really helped with the relaxed atmosphere I was hoping for on the morning of the wedding, making sure we started the day in the best way possible.

Alice was absolutely amazing , she listened to everything I wanted for myself and my bridesmaids, she was great ! the Makeup stayed on all day and night , my hair was fantastic! Everyone complimented me on my hair and makeup even on my trial . She was perfect , I couldn’t of asked for anyone better, I was in love my hair and makeup from the start , she did all the bridesmaids exactly how I asked for them , my daughter was absolutely beautiful and the way her hair was , it was perfect , she made my day she went above and Beyond! thank you so so much , I will upload pictures when I receive them from the photographers .. thank you Alice xxx

I had a great time with Alice and absolutely loved my hair & makeup! She made me so comfortable and relaxed on the morning, it was really lovely having her there. She was also kind enough to take time to recommend products and accessories which suited all of our different skin/hair types and went out of her way to make everyone feel happy on the day. Lovely Alice is absolutely fantastic and I would 100% recommend her to any bride for her hair and makeup services! From the word go, her communication was excellent and friendly, and she made the whole process clear and straightforward. I'd never had my makeup done professionally before the trial, but she put me at ease straightaway, so much so that when it came to my wedding day, I knew exactly what to expect and it made getting ready a relaxing and comfortable time - so important on the morning of your wedding!! Alice was recommended by a friend and from the minute we started messaging she was very helpful and since I wasn't used to having hair and makeup done professionally she talked me through how she works and immediately helped me understand it all.

Alice came to my house to do mine and my mum's hair and makeup trial and explained all the different products and styles. We both weren't used to wearing makeup but Alice was really relaxed and offered suggestions so that we would both feel 100% on the big day. She sent us prewedding makeup and hair tips and advice on where to get any accessories we personally wanted.

When Alice came to the cottage on the wedding morning she brought a lovely energy and not once did we feel rushed. There was 8 of us in total so Alice brought some colleagues with her who were also both lovely and calm!

It was a busy morning and I had been worried about being stressed but because we were all calm and busy chatting excitedly about the day ahead I had such an easy, fun morning get ready with my girls and Alice.

I would 100% recommend Alice to other brides. She was really good and we were all really happy with our hair and makeup!

Alice was fantastic. She responded very quickly when I first contacted her and was easy to get hold of every time I had any new ideas for my makeup or hair. The trial was really relaxed but Alice took lots of notes and planned how she would run the wedding day.
On the day she made us all feel at ease and everyone complimented her final looks.
She has great skills. You are lucky to have her as your makeup and hair stylist.

Alice was a dream to work with from the very start. She was professional but personable, she put myself and my bridal party at ease as soon as she walked in the door on the morning of my wedding.

Myself and my mum had a trail ahead of the wedding day which was great to get to know Alice, how she works, products she uses and so she could get an idea for what we wanted/liked.

On the day of the wedding I made slight tweaks to what I wanted for my hair and make up and Alice knew exactly what to do to create a beautiful finished look. I loved it! My hair and make up lasted all day and night. With many of my friends and family commenting on how well it had lasted.

I will be recommending Alice to all my friends who get married in the future. She’s the best!

I couldn’t have asked for a better MUA for my wedding day. Alice was so lovely and calm all morning considering she had 5 bridesmaids 2 mums and a brides make up to do before 2pm! She was so attentive and caring to every person who sat in her chair and everyone’s makeup was stunning and lasted all day and night! Due to a personal emergency my sister (MOH) arrived 20 mins before the ceremony was due to start, but Alice stayed super calm and reassured everyone that she would have my sister looking glam in minutes, she didn’t disappoint looked amazing. From the make up Alice was there to do, to the other bits she helped with such as last minute hair touch ups, dress help, bouquet help and photos, nothing at all was too much trouble and she stayed with me right up to the point of me leaving for the ceremony. I honestly would recommend Alice to any bride in a heartbeat and couldn’t thank her enough, thank you so much again 🥰🩷 xxx
