One of my biggest concerns with hiring a makeup artist was hiring someone that could listen to peoples’ preferences, that could work on skins of all ages, and that could work with different skin tones since we had a diverse group. I hired Beth to do the makeup of my bridesmaids / mom/grandma/ grooms mom/ grooms stepmom and myself on my wedding day and we all looked AMAZING! Different people had different preferences in makeup (some wanted less makeup vs others that wanted more); she listened to everyone and put all our nerves at ease. Her products worked fabulously on everyone and everyone loved her. My mom, grandma and I have had our makeup professionally done for events all over the world, and we can say Beth is world class. My grandma and mom are still talking about her! Highly recommend!!!

Could not recommend Beth enough! She made me look and feel like an absolute princess on the day. My make up did not budge despite all of the crying and dancing as I still found myself scrubbing all my make up off at 1am! Beth is just the best! My wedding day make up was absolutely stunning and she changed and tweaked things I suggested from the trial with no hesitation. I'm usually an oily girly but the face Beth put on me lasted ALL day and night!

My MOH and bridesmaid were both so happy with their make up and also my mum, who never wears make up, was so pleased with hers. Beth really took the time to understand how each person wanted their make up to look and did exactly that.

I’m not sure I’ll be able to put into words how grateful I am to have found Beth on Hitched, and just how fantastic she was. Not only a lovely person, her make up was truly spectacular and I felt absolutely beautiful thanks to her. She always was on hand to respond to my queries, and was more than happy to assist with arranging a trial for a worried mother in law! She was also just a joy to spend the wedding morning with, working efficiently to create stunning results for myself, my 8 bridesmaids and the mums! I got married on what was possibly the wettest day of August, but it didn’t matter, and even though my husband and I embraced it a went outside, my make up didn’t budge. As a terrible perfectionist and control freak, I was kinda nervous about choosing a make up artist for my wedding. After being absolutely overwhelmed with the choice available online, I opted for a trial with Beth, as I loved her energy when we were chatting, and the photos of her work were exactly what I was after, plus her reviews are amazing! Beth with so patient with me, through two make up trials (my own choice), and my endless messaging to try to get the perfect look, and I am so glad I w3ent with Beth in the end. I had make up for myself and five bridesmaids, and we were all so happy with Beth's work, my girls looked absolutely gorgeous and I am so pleased with how my make up looks in the photos. Despite a very hot August day, my make up looked great right through to taking it off at 3am! Beth was extremely calm and lovely throughout the getting ready process, and was also super helpful during the morning, even helping me to get into my dress!

Beth was the MUA at my wedding for me, my two bridesmaids and my mother in law and we couldn’t have asked for better! She really knows how to make you shine all while being receptive to what you want and feel comfortable with. She was so kind and professional and went above and beyond on the day of the wedding. Beth is a great MUA who did my bridal make-up and the make-up for my 3 bridesmaids. I hired her because she had lots of great reviews from other brides and was competitively priced – and she didn’t disappoint! She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, responsive and listened to my requirements. At the trial I said I wanted a natural look so she carefully and gradually built it up, repeatedly checking with me whether I wanted any more adding until we got to the perfect look. She also gave me advice on general skincare for my rosacea and touch-up options for the big day. On the day she was a calm, positive presence and also great at ensuring we were all keeping to time in terms of getting ready for the ceremony. She did a perfect job of the make-up again and I got lots of compliments on it, plus it lasted until the end of the day without sliding off my face! She is a great MUA and I would thoroughly recommend her. Thanks again Beth!

I can't recommend Beth enough - from my first enquiry she was incredibly lovely and helpful and made the process both enjoyable and seamless. Beth did the makeup for myself, my mum and my 3 bridesmaids and made us all look and feel like princesses!! She tailored the makeup to each individual and was very flexible when it came to working around different requirements and skin conditions - making everyone feel completely at ease!! Beth is an absolutely incredible make up artist! She is so talented and will make you feel like a million dollars on your wedding day. I certainly felt amazing, I was glowing and so many people commented on my amazing make up. The make up also stayed put all day even after dancing the night away, I didn’t want to take it off at the end of the day. Beth is so lovely and makes you feel so at ease which is just what you need on your wedding morning. She even put my earring in for me after all my bridesmaids tried and failed.
