From the moment I first spoke to Louise she put me at ease and helped me relax, and that has been a theme right the way through the whole wedding process from trial to wedding day. Louise really listens and tunes in to your personality and preferences to create a look that is a really gorgeous version of you, rather than making you look like someone else from a picture you show her. I felt so beautiful and happy on the day but also really felt like me. Louise has taught me a lot about makeup too, I’ve learned new techniques and the amazing thing was a didn’t feel caked on the day: the makeup felt light and fresh and lasted all day. Lousie was fantastic from booking her to doing my final touch ups. She was so accommodating, adding extra people on at last minute. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Arrived promptly. Everyone loved their make up and most of all, I loved mine. I felt like a true princess and my make up lasted all day. She even helped me get into my dress. Really, I booked Louise to do my wedding day make up before we had even booked the church! I was that sure I wanted her to do my make up having seen photos of her amazing brides looking like themselves on their wedding day but with some Louise magic. Not only is she the loveliest, warmest person, Louise has a wonderful way of making you look your very best without looking overly “done”. My wedding day morning was relaxed and fun as Louise did my make up, my Mum and my bridesmaids and it was just the perfect way to get ready. I’ve also had a private make up lesson with Louise which was brilliant, teaching me new skills and introducing me to some new products and wisdom as to what works on a 40 something face. Louise is a genius. I can’t recommend her enough.

I got married on the 6th November 2022. Louise who did my makeup made me feel like such a beautiful bride! The makeup look was stunning and just what I wanted. Louise really made the morning of my wedding fun with her bubbly personality and definitely would recommend for any brides on their big day.

Louise did a beautiful job for my wedding. The make up for myself, my bridesmaids and mum was wonderful and she worked with each of us, taking into account the look and feel of the wedding, the time of year and the style and colouring of each person so the makeup worked with us rather than us fitting a certain look. She was warm, friendly and worked hard to keep on top of everything on the day and accommodating some last minute changes.

Louise was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She did such an amazing job, both myself and my bridesmaids were so happy with the our makeup and it lasted all day despite 30 degree heat. She also gave me lots of skincare tips to improve my skin for the big day. I would definitely recommend Louise.

Louise did mine and my bridesmaids wedding make up earlier this month and I thoroughly recommend her. She made us all look absolutely stunning and I genuinely felt like a princess. We all got so many compliments and our make up stayed on all day.

She was also so calm and organised in the morning. Her timings all ran smoothly including extra time for touch ups and allowing time for putting on my wedding dress. She definitely put me at ease especially when time was counting down quickly in the last half and hour and things were feeling more stressful.

Her communication is excellent and I was confident from my trial that we would all look and feel amazing. I am so glad that I chose her and I’m sure she will make many other brides very happy.

I was lucky enough to have Louise come and do the makeup for my bridal party at my wedding on 16th April this year and she was simply amazing. Your wedding morning is such a special time and Louise fitted right in- making the preparations even more special for me and my girls. She was warm, kind, happy, chatty and seemed genuinely excited to be part of our day- it was like we had known her for years and she was one of the team which I just loved.

All 4 of my bridesmaids and my mum fell in love with their makeup just like I did. She managed to get us all looking just how we had imagined and we have never felt so pretty. We all have very different skin types and tones but Louise was able to use a variety of skills and products to make us all look amazing. She stayed right to the end for final touch ups and was on hand with cotton buds after a few happy tears were shed pre wedding ceremony. I even remember asking her ‘does my dress look ok’ because by that point she was just one of the group!

I would recommend Louise to anyone getting married and cannot believe my luck that I just happened to stumble across her on Hitched. Not only is she extremely talented at her job, she went the extra mile with pre-wedding tips and messages of support. She was also extremely organised, kept in touch at every stage and was always on time. I am so grateful to her for making my day just that bit more perfect. All of my friends will be using her now!

Louise was personable, professional, experienced, and most importantly, I loved my wedding look! As an international bride, Louise was very flexible with the trial process and communicative up to the very morning of my wedding. 100% would recommend!
