Caron Prickett's journey into hairstyling began over twenty-four years ago and hasn't slowed down since. Starting with working at a salon in the Lakes area, Caron moved along to learning how to be a makeup artist in her role as a counter manager at clinique and has learned from several courses . She can help you achieve any style you'd like, so whether it's something traditional or something dramatic, all you need to do is ask!

Caron can offer Hairdressing for you, your Bridesmaids, Flower girls, the Mother of the Bride and even your guests. She can offer you her top-class makeup service for all your friends and family and can even provide a facial to put you at ease on the big day.

When it comes to makeup, she uses top brands like Mac, Estee Lauder ,sigma,kylie,urban decay. Caron has had experience with hundreds of weddings and offers competitive prices for all her services, so she is sure to meet and exceed your expectations.

Really knows her craft

Caron was such a delight to work with. We decided to go with a trial run before the big day and she was such a sweetheart, with three of us to work on it was a long afternoon but she is so easy to talk to she made it fly by. On the actual day she was just as easy to work with, and managed to get all three of us done plus my mum as a last-minute addition, easily accommodated. She's a true professional and has literally everything she needs, all sorts of stuff you'd never even think of. It helps that she's really reasonably priced too! We all looked amazing and I'm so grateful to Caron for her beautiful work.

Amazing, everything I wanted

Caron did mine (bride), my bridesmaid and my flower girl's hair and make up. She was amazing from start to finish. As a girl who doesn't usually have her hair or make up done, i was made to feel at ease and also made to feel beautiful. Everyone commented on how amazing I looked. I couldn't thank caron enough. She was brilliant all the way through and very reasonably priced for her excellent skills. I will recommend her to anyone within the area she works to book this lady! You will not be disapointed.

Wonderful!

Caron was absolutely fabulous! Really communicative beforehand and reasonable for such great quality. On the big day Caron was fun to be around (important on such a big occasion), completely professional and did the most wonderful hairstyles and make up. Just fantastic. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Absolutely recommend!

Caron was calm and relaxed, exactly what was needed on a wedding morning. She did exactly what I had asked for, baring in mind that I had only guided her on what I liked! I definitely recommend Caron and I can't stop looking back at myself in photos!

Beautiful wedding hair and makeup

Caron did my hair and makeup for my wedding day on 14th Oct 2018 along with my 3 bridesmaids and an 8-year old flower girl. We all loved the final look. I wore my hair half and and half down with curls and the bridesmaids and flower girl all had their hair up. I have to say most hairdressers can never get my hair to behave but on my trial I was amazed at how lovely my hair looked. I didn't think it would be possible to recreate the same look for the actual day but I have to say, Caron did it and my hair and make up looked great all day. She really does have a talent and an eye for detail and I can't thank her enough. I highly recommend. Her prices are also very competitive and she is super lovely too. Thanks again, Caron!

Professional, Responsive, Friendly and Excellent value for money!

Caron was brilliant! I contacted her at very short notice due to a recommended hairdresser by Abbey House, not being responsive when planning the hairdressing for my wedding… As you can imagine this was quite stressful, but Caron responded quickly and reassured me with her professionalism and friendliness.

On the actual wedding day, although we did not have a practice session, she did my hair perfectly – couldn’t have asked for it better. She also did the hairstyles for 3 bridesmaids as requested, knowing exactly what I wanted after sending her some photos and the same for my Step-Mother.

To make it even better, Caron was absolutely excellent value for money.
I cannot recommend Caron highly enough - reliable, great value and thoroughly good at what she does. If you need a hairdresser in the area of Barrow in Furness – use Caron Prickett!

Thank you Caron for all your help – you were fabulous.

Caron did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and left me feeling completely at ease -as I don't ordinarily wear make up, I felt great. It was light and flattering and made me feel amazing. I couldn't have asked for more for my big day!

She also did my two bridesmaids and my mum and they were all thrilled with their's too!
