Emma Askew is a freelance makeup artist serving the Lancashire and Cumbria areas. Emma was trained by top celebrity makeup artist Sara Hill at her academy in Glasgow and specialises in wedding and occasion makeup.

You will be offered a wide variety of packages to suit your budget size. Emma will work closely with you on the run up to your big day, ensuring that you have a look that makes you not only look your best but also one that makes you feel comfortable, elegant and sophisticated.

Emma recommends a pre-wedding trial for you and your wedding party usually around 6-8 weeks before. This normally takes place in the comfort of your own home and will include a full consultation on colour themes for the day, different makeup ideas and a full trial run of the different looks. She also suggests you look out for any ideas in magazines or social media that you may like and she will incorporate them into your look.

How she works

Emma provides a service that ensures your day runs as smoothly as possible and she is happy to provide makeup and styling for other bridal party members and guests. She uses a wide variety of the very best products in her kit, including Mac and Bobbi Brown to ensure your look stays fresh all day.
