Could not fault Sophy at all! I am so glad I found Sophy - and she was available for my day. I knew that I wanted someone who wouldn't overload my face and would help guide me through the make up process as I did not have a clue! I was anxious about finding the right person, but Sophy completely put me at ease and we had a video chat beforehand and she advised me on skincare so I had plenty of time to get sorted. Sophy is amazing!!!
I first met Sophy when she did my bridesmaid makeup. As soon as I got engaged I knew I wanted Sophy to be the MUA for my own wedding. She is so, so calm and personable and her make up skills…just wow. Our trial was a great experience, Sophy took great time understanding what I wanted and she was very flexible making changes and suggestions as we talked. On the day, Sophy was just a wonderful addition to my wedding morning. She works quickly and calmly and every single one of us looked amazing! Ultimately, I can’t speak highly enough of Sophy! -

I was recommended Sophy on a local FB page having done a late shoutout for a professional make-up artist 6 weeks before my wedding!
Thank goodness she was available!
I honestly can't say enough what a lovely experience it was having Sophy do my make-up for the most special moment of my life.
Sophy is not just a fantastically skilled make-up artist but she is kind, warm and genuinely enjoys the buzz and excitment of the occasion - this really added to helping me feel nothing but relaxed and excited on the morning of my wedding.
The premium beauty products she used stayed on perfectly throughout the long day, with v minimal touch-ups required.

I was so pleased I stumbled across Sophy on Hitched and that she had availability for my wedding day!
From the initial communication, Sophy was professional and easy communicate with.
Sophy gave me exactly the look I was after, along with my 3 bridesmaids, and make us all feel so beautiful and special. She was a joy to be around in the morning of the wedding, with her calm demeanour and reassuring words. I would recommend Sophy one thousand times over, and would honestly love to redo the day just to have Sophy to my makeup again!

Sophy was lovely, very well organised, calm and made me feel calm on my wedding day.
At first I was not sure what look I wanted but knew I wanted a classical look. Sophy spent time with me finding the perfect look. A week before the wedding I got a black eye. Sophy managed to cover this up and no one noticed. Guests commented on how beautiful I looked.
The made of honours were beautifully done by Sophy too.

I can't thank Sophy enough for being part of my wedding. From scheduling to the make up trial to the wedding morning - Sophy brought a calmness and a warmth that made us all feel at ease. She totally understood the vibe I was after and from a practical sense all of the products that she used were amazing.
I absolutely loved my make up and all of my bridesmaid felt the same way about theirs. We all felt like we looked like ourselves, but the absolute best version. I can't thank Sophy enough for the joy she added to my day! -

Sophy was absolutely amazing, I can't recommend her enough. I didn't know what I wanted and don't wear a lot of makeup and she did such a good job that I felt really confident for the whole day, the makeup was really natural so I still looked like myself, but a better version! I got so many compliments on how I looked and I'm so pleased I hired Sophy. I could see that it also really boosted the confidence of my bridesmaids and we were all saying how amazing Sophy is and we'd love her to do our makeup all the time!
She was also really professional, friendly and reliable.
