Could not fault Sophy at all! I am so glad I found Sophy - and she was available for my day. I knew that I wanted someone who wouldn't overload my face and would help guide me through the make up process as I did not have a clue! I was anxious about finding the right person, but Sophy completely put me at ease and we had a video chat beforehand and she advised me on skincare so I had plenty of time to get sorted. Fast forward to trial day - Sophy talked me through what she was doing and did it in stages, making sure it wasn't too much and I was comfortable. I knew I had picked the right person!
In the lead up to our wedding day, Sophy quickly responded to any messages - despite officially still being on maternity leave!
On the day Sophy was a dream to be around - so chilled, so professional and did mine and mum's make up beautifully (even helped me put my earring in!) and stayed with me until I left the room to head to the venue.
My make up stayed looking good all day, I didn't feel self conscious or need to touch it up. In our pictures I still look like me, but with flawless skin! The morning after, my skin wasn't feeling irritated or having a breakout.
If you don't wear much make up or looking for someone to do natural looking, yet stunning bridal make up - you're in safe hands with Sophy! -

Could not have made a better choice!
I cannot express how thrilled I am with the incredible work Sophy did for my wedding day. From the moment we had our first consultation, I knew I was in the hands of a true professional. Sophy took the time to understand my vision and worked meticulously to perfect every detail of my look.
On the big day, Sophy arrived punctually and brought a calming, positive energy that set a wonderful tone for the morning. She skillfully created a flawless and natural look that enhanced my features while making me feel absolutely beautiful. The makeup was not only stunning in person but photographed beautifully, lasting impeccably throughout the entire day and night.

The best of the best!
I was recommended Sophy on a local FB page having done a late shoutout for a professional make-up artist 6 weeks before my wedding!
Thank goodness she was available!
I honestly can't say enough what a lovely experience it was having Sophy do my make-up for the most special moment of my life.
Sophy is not just a fantastically skilled make-up artist but she is kind, warm and genuinely enjoys the buzz and excitment of the occasion - this really added to helping me feel nothing but relaxed and excited on the morning of my wedding.
The premium beauty products she used stayed on perfectly throughout the long day, with v minimal touch-ups required.
She also v kindly helped me into my dress on the morning and stayed until I left for the venue doing touch-ups prior to me leaving.
If you want someone who will not only accentuate your look but also just make you feel relaxed and allow you to be the beautiful bride you are on your day, then do book Sophy - you will not regret it whatsoever. -

I was so pleased I stumbled across Sophy on Hitched and that she had availability for my wedding day!
From the initial communication, Sophy was professional and easy communicate with.
Sophy gave me exactly the look I was after, along with my 3 bridesmaids, and make us all feel so beautiful and special. She was a joy to be around in the morning of the wedding, with her calm demeanour and reassuring words. I would recommend Sophy one thousand times over, and would honestly love to redo the day just to have Sophy to my makeup again!
The makeup latest all day and all night, and I had numerous compliments throughout the day.
If you're looking for a makeup artist to help you become the most beautiful version of yourself on your special day, then honestly look no further!

Sophy was lovely, very well organised, calm and made me feel calm on my wedding day.
At first I was not sure what look I wanted but knew I wanted a classical look. Sophy spent time with me finding the perfect look. A week before the wedding I got a black eye. Sophy managed to cover this up and no one noticed. Guests commented on how beautiful I looked.
The made of honours were beautifully done by Sophy too.
I searched around 20 make up artists however Sophy's style was the most natural looking. I also did not have a large bridal party and a lot of other make up artists required a minimum number. This was not the case with Sophy. She was very flexible.
Thank you Sophy for making me feel beautiful on my wedding day. -

I can't thank Sophy enough for being part of my wedding. From scheduling to the make up trial to the wedding morning - Sophy brought a calmness and a warmth that made us all feel at ease. She totally understood the vibe I was after and from a practical sense all of the products that she used were amazing.
I absolutely loved my make up and all of my bridesmaid felt the same way about theirs. We all felt like we looked like ourselves, but the absolute best version. I can't thank Sophy enough for the joy she added to my day! -

Sophy was absolutely amazing, I can't recommend her enough. I didn't know what I wanted and don't wear a lot of makeup and she did such a good job that I felt really confident for the whole day, the makeup was really natural so I still looked like myself, but a better version! I got so many compliments on how I looked and I'm so pleased I hired Sophy. I could see that it also really boosted the confidence of my bridesmaids and we were all saying how amazing Sophy is and we'd love her to do our makeup all the time!
She was also really professional, friendly and reliable.
