Francesca was an absolute pleasure to deal with right through from the initial enquiry to the hair trial to the wedding day and beyond. She understood exactly what I wanted and executed it to perfection. I was so impressed with how knowledgable Francesca was on everything hair related. She listened to my thoughts regarding the hair trial and made a few very small tweaks to ensure that the hair was exactly how I wanted it on the wedding day (and wow it really was exactly what I wanted). The care and attention that Francesca puts into your hair is second to none. On the wedding day, Francesca arrived promptly (even before me…) and was a pleasure to have there. She honestly felt like an extension to the bridal party and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, whilst also doing unbelievable hair for myself, my MOH and MOB. I would recommend Francesca to anyone without hesitation!

Fran was excellent. She really listens to what you want, happy to make advice, helped with all my concerns (I have quite thin hair) and made it look perfect. I also had a personal error with my makeup artist and Fran saved me! She sent contacts and we managed to find a replacement. Truly is a life saver!

As a person she is amazing. She is kind, calming and funny which is great on what can be a stressful morning. She helped with timings, calming me down and making the morning fun.

Since finding Fran at a wedding fair and seeing her work on the catwalk I knew I needed to book her. From that moment time after time I knew I made the right choice. From the level of communication, flexibility and feeling heard yet new ideas suggested was amazing. The trial and day felt like you were in company of a friend, a warm bubbly character that made the morning of our wedding a dream with myself and 3 bridesmaids the morning just was a dream. Fran was fantastic mimicking the bridesmaids ideas from speaking with them and picture inspiration and even altering hair for wanting last min changes with no questions asked.
