I booked Gemma for my wedding make up for myself and 7 others in my bridal party. Gemma advised on the best start/finish times to suit our ceremony time and arrived on time on the day.

She was great with all the girls, helpful with colours and things that would suit their skin tones. We had worked out what my make up would be like earlier at a trial and barely made any changes to it on the day.

Gemma was professional and such a calming presence on the wedding morning, I am so thankful for her experience and attention to detail, all of my bridal party looked and felt beautiful. My make up was perfect and lasted all day - I didn’t want to take it off!! I would absolutely encourage other brides to book with Gemma.

From the trial to the day, Gemma and Kerri were extremely approachable and friendly professionals. Both listened and helped bring my visions to life and made myself, my bridesmaids and Mum feel calm and relaxed on the morning of the wedding. They both arrived exactly when they said they would and were very good at communicating this. All of us were so pleased with our hair and makeup, which lasted all day, and want to say a massive thank you to both of you for helping us all feel so beautiful.

The whole experience was perfect from start to finish. From the trial run through to the big day Gemma was so easy to work with, listened to what I wanted and got it perfect straight away so I had no worries about how my hair and make up would be on the day. There were 5 bridesmaids and Gemma gave a very clear schedule to make sure we were ready in plenty of time. The products used were great quality and my hair and makeup didnt move an inch all day! Gemma did the makeup for myself, my bridesmaids and the mums at my recent wedding. She was a pleasure to have around on the morning of the wedding, super friendly and easy to talk to, even when we were all feeling a little nervous.

The makeup itself was gorgeous on everyone, especially the flawless bases which lasted all day long with no issue. She is a real artist and knows what she is doing, as well as using great high quality products. For the quality of her work, I feel her prices are quite fair and I would definitely recommend her for your big day.

We all felt very glamorous and looking our absolute best all day, and I'm sure the photos will agree, so thank you Gemma!

I got married in December 2023 and Gemma did my make up, as well as my mum’s and 3 bridesmaids. From the first message to the day of the wedding, Gemma was so lovely, helpful and put me at ease (as someone who doesn’t wear a lot of makeup normally!). She is so talented and produced the exact look I was hoping for. On the day of the wedding, Gemma arrived early with a smile and everyone who met her said she was so warm and friendly. I’d 100% recommend Gemma - you won’t regret it :)

From the moment I cried when I saw myself at my trial because I felt so pretty, I knew I’d made the right choice hiring Gemma. She is so lovely and friendly and chatty and puts you at ease immediately. From my trial, she took my feedback and wishes on board and my make up on the day was just stunning. We discussed my skin type and how it was behaving at the time and what products worked for me for my every day make up. On the day, my make up lasted all day and looked just as good in the evening photos as it did in the ceremony. Even my lashes didn’t move all day.
Gemma also did my hair and the hair and make up for my bridesmaid and we were both thrilled with all aspects.

Gemma was absolutely amazing, I am so glad I stumbled across her page on hitched. Gemma was very helpful, kind and responsive, I had various changes within my booking/ bridal party a couple times that was adjusted easily.
We ended up having Gemma (for make up) and her side kick Kelly (hair) omg I can't rate them enough. As soon as I walked into my trial they were both so lovely and helpful. I didn't know the make up look I was after but after a consultation of my usual preference etc, she worked her magic. When I looked in the mirror I felt amazing and so pretty. My partner actually saw me after my trail (as I knew he'd forget by the wedding lol) He couldn't stop staring at me ...in a good way!!! Asked why I don't do my make up like this usually 🤣 I barley put mascara on a day to day basis.
But I felt a million pounds and actually teared up a bit just on that initial glance in the mirror. I didn't need to adapt anything at all.
Hair wise. I had a photo inspiration picture... again Kelly worked her magic and I was amazed, again no changes needed.

On our wedding day I had myself, 4 adult bridesmaids. mother of the bride and 2 Younger bridesmaid for make up they all looked phenomenal and were all so pleased with their look. I've never seen a room full if girls so vain!!
The ladies stayed with me to touch up incase I needed it when I got into my dress etc but the make and hair bits lasted all night. I had purchase the same lipstick so I could reapply myself during the day, (again barely needed to touch up) and actually kept my hair in the day after (hair pieces and all)
Can't thank Gemma and Kelly enough. The make up was so natural and didn't feel caked on, they are very talented in their profession. Thank you so much for making me feel so beautiful on my big day xx
