I found Nickie through Hitched, I messaged her and she was very quick to respond. We had a lovely phone call and she was so easy to talk to, and she was able to answer all the questions I had.
I had a hair and makeup trial and felt confident in how Nickie took my vision and made it a reality. Nickie also recommended the lipstick she used so I could buy it for the day, to top it up, as needed.
I booked in with Nickie to have a lash lift before the big day - the results were amazing!
Nickie was fantastic on the wedding day, she stuck to the timings and managed to complete everyone’s hair and makeup, with her Assistant Leah in ample time. The make up was very natural, as I had asked for, and my hair actually managed to stay in for a further 2 days after the wedding!
I’m already planning on booking in for another lash lift before I go on holiday.

I am not usually a person who wears loads of make up, if any, as I have a super sensitive skin and was dreading what to do for my wedding day.
I am so grateful that I found Nichola, as she has listened to what I needed/wanted and made sure my skin would not break out on my special day or afterwards.
She has been so professional, supportive and helpful from start to finish. She put me at ease and it was so calming. I enjoyed getting ready so much!
I slightly changed the hairstyle from my trial to suit the wedding theme a bit more and Nichola has outdone herself.
She has created a beautiful make up and hairstyle not only for me, but for my mum, mother in-law, and two of my bridesmaids.

As mother of the bride I wanted to look good for my daughter's special day.
A little apprehensive letting someone else do my makeup, Nichola done a lovely job. She listened to me and just knew what to use.
She made my daughter look stunning, using soft, neutral tones for makeup as she asked for, and her hair was beautiful.

Nichole and her assistant did such an amazing job with hair and make up for my bridesmaids. They couldn't have looked better myself! Flower girl looked extra pretty with her tiny bun.

She kept with timekeeping and she is very organised! Nichole did both my hair and makeup. All my guests loved my hair and said I looked stunning, and it was all because of Nicholes hard work. She was very responsive, kind and very understanding. Since my postnatal, my skin has been the most unreliable condition and lately been extremely dry and patchy depsite all my facials I have done ans been to. We had a great bridal trial and we need initially went for a matt look because that's what I like. However, leading towards the big day, my skin was getting worst and Nicholas was very understanding and was able to get me a hydrating primer to help my makeup all day.

Overall, a brilliant relaxing experience, she knows her stuff and put me at ease! Highly recommended.

Nichola was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and felt like a real friend throughout! I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Nickie is absolutely wonderful - she did my makeup as well as 6 bridesmaids on the morning of my wedding and she absolutely smashed it out of the park. I promised my husband I wouldn’t be late down the aisle and Nickie was absolutely on it with the timings. Our makeup was flawless - she made sure each of us was comfortable with the products she used and she kept everyone really calm and happy. Our skin was absolutely glowing and we all felt like the best versions of ourselves. The eye makeup was my favourite feature and it stayed put all day, despite a few tears in the emotional moments! I cannot say thank you enough!

Nickie was AMAZING on my wedding day! She made myself, my 3 bridesmaids and my mum feel and look absolutely beautiful! I really wanted a natural look for my wedding and Nickie nailed it in both the trial and on my actual wedding day - she created my perfect look. She was also a total joy to have in my home the morning of my wedding - it was all so much fun and relaxed with her! I couldn’t recommend Nichola enough, from our initial contact until my wedding day she was professional, friendly and made me feel completely at ease.
I had a trial at her studio in London, where she listened to everything I wanted and changed anything I was unhappy with.
On the day of my wedding Nichola was so relaxed and helped me calmed down when I started to get a bit ‘flappy’. My hair and make up was better than I could have imagined and I felt amazing. My sister also had her hair and make up done and she looked fabulous as well.

I really enjoyed Nichola doing my hair and make up for my wedding on 15th Aug. Not only was she great at making me and my bridesmaids look fabulous, she was amazing to spend time with. My little 16 month old daughter was getting a bit bored whilst I was having the make up done, and Nichola knew exactly what to do to distract her for a period of time.

My make up and hair stayed perfect for a majority of the night, minus all the dancing and champagne 🤣 I felt so fabulous and confident in myself and I thank Nichola for that.
I highly recommend her as an MUA and hair stylist, she is guaranteed to make you feel amazing.
