As soon as I saw Lauren's portfolio and website, I knew I had to have her for my wedding day. Luckily, she happened to be free on the planned wedding day. Originally, I only planned to book her for my (bride) hair & make-up, but once my friends and family saw her work, everyone wanted to book her services for the day as well. Her effortless style and natural beach-style look sold it to each of us. I usually don't wear a lot of make-up, so the trial session was a real treat. The make-up on my skin felt so good, I didn't want to take it off! Throughout the whole process, Lauren has been extremely professional, responsive and helpful. We all felt very much looked after, from start to finish. Her calm nature helped me to calm my nerves and get me through the morning. The quality of her work and level of detail was incredible and the make-up / hair lasted all day and night - and it was a windy day by the beach! I was especially pleased that Lauren was very happy to work with my love for dried flowers and gave me advice for how to create my own floral hair pins.
If I was a millionaire, I'd book her to do my hair and make-up every morning :)

Lauren was incredible. I've had Lauren do my makeup twice now - once for my elopement in 2023 and then again for my wedding in 2024. She's fantastic and wouldn't go to anyone else if I were to have another!

I can’t praise Lauren and her team highly enough with everything they did for my wedding day. My hair and makeup was just amazing, so beautiful, classy and elegant, everything I wanted. From the first day we spoke to my wedding day Lauren was super helpful, She answered all of my questions without any hesitations, she also kindly helped one of my bridesmaids who has very delicate skin and eczema on what she could do to prevent any irritations happening on my wedding day.

I would highly recommend using Lauren’s make up/hair services for your big day. From start to finish she had clear communication and made me feel I was in safe hands from my bridal make up/hair trial right through to the morning of the big day. Lauren has a natural way of making people feel at ease and it was so relaxing to know that when I was sat in the chair on the morning of my wedding day, that I could take a breath for that hour or two and let her work her magic! It was the first time I had my hair/make up done professionally and it made me feel so beautiful on the most special day of my life. My mum and maid of honour also had their hair/make up done and found Lauren really easy to talk to and reassured that they would be happy with the final look, also being flexible and open to any tweaks that they may have wanted to feel as comfortable as possible. It honestly felt like Lauren was part of my bridal party in the end after she played a big part in calming me and being there right until I set off to walk down the aisle

My experience with Lauren was amazing. Firstly I think she’s a really nice lady and we got along so well. She is great vibes on the day too. I had my trial at her house and we were able to trial make-up and two hair styles. We fixed a few things at the trial and ALL of my MANY bits of feedback were addressed by Lauren over detailed texts until I was comfortable (and I’m sure if you’d have preferred she would have a call). She also was able to mock up some hair styles on the styling head for me to choose from. On the day she remembered everything that I wanted to tweak and she cared so much about all the details. She was also amazing at scheduling the morning and she was able to supply a second stylist. Rhia was so quick and efficient with my 5 bridesmaids hair and she was able to curl their unruly hair beautifully to last all day. P.s. my face framing curls lasted 2 days!

If you are looking for someone calm, reliable, professional with great communication and helpful advice, as well as being skilled in both bridal hair AND makeup, Lauren is the lady for you!
I'm not really a make-up person, but wanted to feel elegant yet natural and comfortable on my wedding day - I had an initial phone call with Lauren who completely reassured me with her understanding of this (and that getting my hair and make up done professionally was in fact a first for me, and out of my comfort zone!) and clear experience and skill. The fact that Lauren is skilled in both hair and make up was a big draw for me, as I desired a relaxed wedding morning with minimal fuss/people around. In fact, because we had a trial session and were in touch regularly in the run up to the wedding, it was lovely that by the time of the wedding day, Lauren was a friendly, familiar face and I felt I was in safe and trusted hands!
The communication was excellent through the entire process, Lauren was very responsive but also proactive in contacting me with advice, timeline etc which again made me feel like she was totally "on it". She was flexible with some last minute adjustments to the schedule/services, and I felt she was excellent value for money. I truly felt beautiful on my wedding day - and there were even tears from the groom! - thanks in no small part to Lauren, and both my mum and mother-in-law looked lovely too and felt pampered. She was also such a calming influence on the morning, was punctual and had background music ready to go - I had a minor moment of stress (flowers a little late in being delivered!) and her soothing words and squeeze on the shoulder were much appreciated.
One final thing to say thank you to Lauren for - as my Dad saw me for the first time, she played a particular song that has a lot of meaning to us - she couldn't have known this, but it was such a unexpected but lovely moment and is actually one of my core memories of the day :) it meant a lot!

From start to finish Lauren was fantastic! She was so patient with us and listened and understood everything that we wanted. I was a very nervous and self conscious bride which Lauren really respected but by the time she was finished with me on my wedding morning I couldn’t wait to walk down the aisle! I wish I could do it all over again just to have the laughs and chats with Lauren! I can’t thank her enough!!

Lauren is incredibly skilled in what she does. For someone who doesn't wear make up everyday, it felt so light and comfortable on my skin and lasted all the way through to the evening!
My hair was also wonderful as well with a hair vine and veil which we hadn't tried at the previous trial.
I got so many compliments about my hair and make up at my wedding and it was all thanks to Lauren.
The morning of, she was so chatty and friendly and put us all in a happy, and at ease mood.

Planning a wedding is extremely stressful and then on the morning of the wedding is extremely nerve racking! HOWEVER! Lauren made my whole experience amazing and stress free!

My trial was linked in with my hen do which was so good and worked out very well (Lauren recommended we do something like this)Throughout my trial I had only a little idea to what I actually wanted, I had one picture for hair and then another for make up and just lots of thoughts in my head, Lauren managed to bring those thoughts to reality! And once we were happy she jazzed me up a bit so no one knew the real look! Not many people would do this and I was so grateful she did!!

On the morning of the wedding I was so nervous I couldn’t even remember how I wanted my hair and make up, of course Lauren knew and she took the stress away instantly, nothing was to big to ask for. And what started as a nervous morning was instantly turned into the perfect zen environment!
