Absolutely shocking! I booked through this app with her. Confirmed date and time with her, paid deposit and comes to the date and she didn’t answer any phone calls, texts or messages from myself and another person. I’ve tried calling since and it just call ends. I’m going to my bank to get a charge back on my deposit

My whole experience from the first enquiry through to me walking out my house to the church, Laura and Charlotte were brilliant! They kept me calm, were so friendly and turned me, my bridesmaid and mum feel and look amazing!
There is nothing they wouldn’t do, even help me into my dress and buckle my shoes! Thank you both so much for helping make the wedding morning stress free and fun!

They were so wonderful and responsive in dealing with my booking and the makeup artist was extremely lovely. She helped calm me down and worked hard to make me look my best on my special day ♥️

I paid for the deposit only for them to let us down on the day, they insisted in ignoring all our calls and texts to see where they are. The messages were also read as it tell us. Then they never even apologised and still haven't heard anything back 2 days later. Unprofessional and should be removed as one of Hitcheds' clients. It reflects badly on the site. Use if you want to risk a no-show on your big day!

Both girls that came were amazing so friendly and professional. We had the the trial run first the flexibility was brilliant as I had to cancel a few times due to personal reasons again the makeup up and hair done for myself my mum and my daughter were amazing. When they attended my wedding morning they had personally made a few tweaks to make-up and hair on all three of us which were absolutely out of this world it just finished the the look off brilliantly. I couldn't ever asked for anything better.

Me and my now wife were a bit apprehensive about the hair and make up side of our wedding day due to us both not being very girly. We arranged a trial beforehand at out home in Leeds and both Kay and Charlotte instantly made us both feel at ease. Before the wedding in North Yorkshire, they were in contact with me letting me know what time they would be arriving and what the plan was. On the day they were both amazing and went above and beyond from helping my mum fix her shoes to being on hand for last minute touch ups. They didn't leave until the minute I left. We both had lots of compliments on both our hair and make up. Honestly couldn't have asked for anything better.

Paige travelled to Halifax to help me get ready for my wedding. Not only did she do my hair and make up to a high standard she also made me feel so at ease with her great personality. My hair and make up lasted through out the day which was great.

Laura was joy to have, she came to us at very short notice for a trial and we were so impressed we booked her for our daughters wedding the week after. Her consultation was professional with expert advise. My daughter looked stunning and received so many beautiful comments about her hair and makeup.
