From the moment I spoke to Jo and met her at my makeup trial she put me instantly at ease and really listened and “got” what I wanted to look like on my Wedding Day. She far exceeded my expectations in every way-I have never looked more radiant or felt more beautiful and the pictures were stunning (I’ve never liked myself in photos before!) She created beautiful looks , a mix of natural and smokey eye looks, for my 5 bridesmaids and my mother too who’s very fussy! I could not recommend Jo more !

From the moment I met Jo, I knew I’d choose her as my wedding day make-up artist. She was so easy to get on with and knew exactly how I wanted my make-up to look, even before I did! I didn’t want to look too “made up”, just natural and radiant, but the best I’ve ever looked... and Jo achieved that. Jo did my make up, as well as my 4 bridesmaids, my sister and my mum but not once did she get flustered. Everyone looked a million dollars! Our wedding day was extremely hot but even by the end of the day, no one looked shiny and no one’s make up had moved an inch. I’ll never know how she achieved that. I would 100% book Jo again if I ever need my make up doing and suggest everyone else does the same!

Jo did my make up, 5 bridesmaids and my mother, and she was absolutely AMAZING.

Her approach is absolutely tailor-made, doing different looks for each person depending on their style, skin colour and type and preferences.

She took her time listening to each person and creating the ideal look.

Her makeup (as per my request) made us all look really beautiful but not "made up" - we all had so many compliments.

She was calm and easygoing, and a really lovely person. Jo was also available by email in the run-up to the wedding for any queries or tips, which I appreciated so much.

Jo did my make up, two bridesmaids, mother of the bride and mother of the groom and one other member of the bridal party. We all had individual looks that suited us perfectly and her calm approach left everyone feeling relaxed and happy for the day ahead.
I couldn't have hoped for a more skilled or kinder person on the day.
My skin has never glowed as much and I felt confident having my pictures taken all day and evening.
The bridesmaids loved their make up and both the mother of the bride and mother of the groom felt confident and looked beautiful.

70s glam with an edge is what I asked for and Jo delivered not only on myself but on my friend and she sussed us both out within minutes of meeting us. I have to say I was really impressed with Jo’s professionalism and her ability to nail the looks we were after which were completely different. She made us both feel at ease within minutes and had us sussed in terms of our comfort zones. We had to have our makeup done fairly early and I was a bit worried about it lasting all night, I had nothing to worry about as not only did it last but it didn’t move not even after a long night in a sweaty club and an after party which went on until the early hours of the next day. At no point did the makeup feel cakey or heavy it was light and perfectly applied. It looked amazing and I had so many compliments . I would recommend Jo to anyone and everyone looking for a professional makeup artist.

As a lady who rarely wears make-up (usually only for passport photos), I decided that I needed professional help on my wedding day. I got married in Wales and she travelled all the way from London so we never met until the morning of the wedding. I explained that I wanted a natural look and Jo exceeded all my expectations. She worked her magic and made me look and feel fabulous. She is a fantastic lady and I will be forever grateful. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I'd heard some horror stories of brides turning up for make up trails and things going wrong on the day - but this would never happen with Jo! She really took time to listen to what I wanted, understood and gave me my perfect look. She's super professional and reliable, and will give you loads of good pointers and tips. It was such a pleasure to have Jo do my makeup for my legal wedding day. She is highly professional but at the same time she put me totally at ease and made me feel very relaxed.
