Hi all! Let me introduce myself, my name is Sophie! Yes the face and owner behind Makeup by Sophie. For as long as i can remember makeup has always been my number one passion, I am a mobile makeup artist based in Essex and happy to travel, depending on your location, I have a level 3 BTEC qualification from Final Checks Academy and studying a bachelors degree in makeup, along with 2 years previous experience prior to this.

Above all, it is my aim to make sure that you are all comfortable when sitting in my chair, my aim is to make a realistic version of your vision and bring this to life, my signature makeup is a long lasting ‘soft/glowy’ makeup making your features pop creating the best version of yourself but with a base as full or as minimal as you wish taking my time with each client making this specialised to each person, however, if you think that this is not for you, dramatic makeup can also be achieved. I venture into many parts of the industry such as TV and film, photoshoots, fashion, glam and weddings, I have many experiences in all parts working with so many people daily such as Ronan Keating and many members of the Royal Family, just to name a few, as well as being featured in Hello! magazine.
