Where do I even begin?! Nicola was an absolute delight to have as our Hair & Makeup artist. I had both hair & makeup done, and my bridesmaids had their hair done by Nicola and I couldn't be happier with how I/we looked!

From our initial call to the trial to the day itself, Nicola always listened to what I wanted and made the effort to do everything she could to make me feel comfortable and confident. She has such a positive energy and really made our morning getting ready calm, fun and enjoyable! My makeup was gorgeous and lasted all day with no touch-ups needed at all - and usually my makeup doesn't last that long because I have pretty oily skin. But Nicola encouraged me to keep up with a consistent skincare routine and sent over tips to help keep skin clear - and it really worked! The makeup sat so well on my skin and looked flawless. My hair is a short pixie so we didn't really have loads of options of what to do with it, but I did have a tiara that I wanted to wear but had no idea how it could clip and and stay in place when my hair was so short... but obviously Nicola is a genius and easily fixed it in place and it didn't budge all night!! Even when dancing and headbanging!!! It was such a wonderful feeling to be able to dance around all day and night and not worry about fixing my hair or makeup because it all just stayed perfect.

I have never felt so beautiful and owe it all to Nicola! I 10000% recommend her as a hair & makeup artist. Thank you so much xx

I booked Nicola for my makeup for my wedding along with two bridesmaids, a flower girl, my mum and my mother in law.
Nicola was so friendly and made everyone feel relaxed and comfortable, she talked my mum through step by step explaining the whole process leaving her super relaxed and absolutely over the moon with her makeup. (As we’re we all)
Overall Nicola was brilliant. Highly professional everyone’s makeup looked amazing all day!

Nicola was great, really responsive and communicative in booking and in the run-up to the day. She listened to what myself and my bridal party wanted and we were all really happy with the looks. Nicola also battled to get to my trial session on the snowiest day of the year - going above and beyond! Would definitely recommend.

From the first time I spoke with Nicola I knew I wanted to work with her for our special day, little did I know at the time we’d end up doing it all twice!! Nicola is knowledgeable and talented – the photos of brides and their bridesmaids on her site speak for themselves – but more than this, Nicola is a wonderful person and put me at ease from the first call as someone who doesn’t wear a lot of makeup in real life!

Our first (little big) day was in August 2020, at the point when things were just opening up and Nicola was fantastic at keeping me informed about how things would work and ensuring that she could still provide me and my bridal party (2 bridesmaids and both Mums) with an excellent hair and makeup experience, with added PPE and social distancing included! Everyone looked flawless and Nicola’s calm and inclusive approach in the face of what must have been a stressful time for her too really helped us all relax into what was quite a strange and at times stressful morning of preparation for our very different day!

Happily, Nicola was also available to work with us for our re-scheduled (big) day two years later in August 2022 and once again was a huge part of our preparations, including helping us ferry some bits and pieces around the venue (thank you again!). Once again everyone looked brilliant and our makeup lasted all day and into the night.

Nicola’s hair and makeup skills are superb. Her results were gorgeous, natural and exactly what I asked for. Communication with her was flawless, and she was supremely calm on the morning of my wedding. I would not hesitate to book her again. Nicola was so much more than just a hair and makeup artist for my wedding day. She was incredibly friendly, kind, funny, patient and efficient. Nicola was great with all of the bridal party (ages from teenage to mid 50s) and we all felt relaxed and at ease and with her. She was also so knowledgeable about her products and proud to only use cruelty free products which was a big selling point for me as I tried to make my wedding as environmentally friendly as possible. Nicola required very little direction to understand the “look” I was going for and managed to make us all look and feel so naturally beautiful. She suggested creating a shared Pinterest board which was a great way for me to share styles I was interested in. My airbrush makeup lasted beautifully all day despite the warm weather, hugging guests and dancing but Nicola provides a touch up kit in case it’s needed. All of our hairstyles (mix of up and down) still looked great by the end of the night too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nicola to anyone and would absolutely use her again.

Nicola is amazing and the airbrush makeup lasted for over 12 hours really polite and we all felt really comfortable with nicola she did 7 of us all in plenty of time for mine and Carl's wedding also jumped in and helped us to get ready I recommend nicola 100% we all really loved our make up. Nicola was absolutely amazing for my wedding back in October. The trial captured what I wanted perfectly without me even having much of an idea! I had no doubts on the day and my bridesmaids looks beautiful too. Nicola joined in with our Disney tunes in the morning and even though she didn’t do my hair, she made sure my veil was in place properly as my hair stylist had left. She really showed me she cared and it’s clear from the photos that the make-up really did make me look beautiful without looking like I was smothered in it!

We met Nicola last year and I knew immediately that I wanted her to do my wedding makeup. Not only does she do beautiful and natural makeup but she only uses cruelty free products also which was a massive selling point for me. We all absolutely loved our trial with Nicola and were even more happy with the makeup that she did for us on the wedding day. We all received lots of compliments for our makeup and in particular for simply looking like a better version of ourselves rather than being unrecognisable. Nicola is such a lovely person; she was happy to be on the other end of the phone for me when I needed advice and provided so much support on the morning of the wedding that went above and beyond her role as our makeup artist

I really wanted cruelty free makeup for my wedding day which is why I found Nicola. After our first meeting I was made to feel at ease about the whole process, Nicola was rally easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. We worked together at our trial to make sure my make up was what I wanted and on the day Nicola had listened to everything and did my make up perfectly as well as helping me feel calm before the ceremony.
