We had a great experience with the StyleLounge from start to finish. They were very quick to response to our emails, all really professional and punctual. Leona, Brittany and Emma were fantastic. Our make-up and hair was perfect and lasted all day and evening despite it being one of the hottest days of the year! They were all so friendly and made us feel at ease throughout. Fantastic service from start to finish. Very understanding about changes to my wedding party (maid of honour) no longer coming 2 weeks before my wedding but the style Lounge were very accommodating to the changes I needed to make. The stylists were lovely and very helpful too.

We were planning for an elopement and were quick to get responses about what money to send and did. Still, once they had it they continued to say they had no dates for a trial and after lots of emails at two weeks before the event we had to find another stylist because clearly if we can't even get a trial how do we know they'd show up? I wish I had seen these reviews. If you cannot communicate because you are so busy don't take on a client as they provided no service but will gladly take a deposit and make you stress over being stood up on you wedding day. When told we had to go elsewhere she 'suddenly' had stylists with trial dates yet never said what date or with who and only AFTER we requested our money back. This was on them- I chased and chased and got nowhere. If you can't handle your customer load enough to give your brides a basic trial time and date then you are not offering a service you are just taking advantage. That deposit was meant to also protect my right to a paid service and as you didn't fulfill that right you are in the wrong. Stay away- we managed elsewhere and even in peak wedding time, got a trial date immediately.

I had mine and my bridesmaids hair styled by Tash on Monday for my wedding,Tash was so friendly and made us all feel at ease,she was very considerate and easy to get on with,her timing was spot on and her professionalism was outstanding,All of my bridesmaids where very happy with there hair,and she made me feel amazing,I would definitely recommend

I was very worried with 7 of us for hair and make up that something would go adrift and we’d be late, but not a chance with Emma and Tash. They were so relaxed and fun, making a 7am start for hair and make up a breeze. They gelled really well with me and my bridesmaids, making the hair and make up room feel like a sleepover. Emma did an amazing job with the make up, keeping everyone under the same classic vibe I’d asked for, but letting each of their personalities shine through. Tash was fun and efficient, not phased a jot by the sheer volume of hair me and Chelsea had!

If your unsure who to book foe your hair and make up on your wedding day. I can honestly say i was so impressed with the hair and makeup, the style lounge team are your hair and makeup team to book straight away.
I am so particularl about my makeup often doing professional makeup myself and i was so impressed with the results and the hair we trialed we changed everything last min on the wedding day and they just knew exactly what to do so professional and friendly and reasuring made it a relaxed and beautiful getting ready session in the brial suit.

If you want to have an MUA & Hair Stylist booked with zero knowledge of their experience, style or previous work then this is the company for you!

Lisa is extremely rude and unprofessional and responses times vary. When given feedback she just wanted to argue.

£50 travel fee per trial plus on the day totally £150, no option to travel to them.

Not able to see allocated Stylist socials or know their last name. Wasted £160 on a trial and deposit and cut my losses! I would not recommend this company but would recommend Emma who I had my makeup trial with, just a shame due to company policy it would have cost me another £110 to try a new foundation as the one used in the trial made me oily, yes I could have just tried something else on the day but it was a risk I wasn't willing to take, zero flexibility for issues such as these. Really impersonal service all done via message.

Lisa refused to refund my deposit despite cancelling 5 months in advance.

Absolutely loved my hair and makeup for my wedding, I could not fault Charlotte (makeup) and Tash (hair) they were amazing and would highly recommend them both. The only let down was the booking side of things. There were a few occasions where I had messaged and recieved no response do I had to message again to chase things up.

Emma and Haley did an incredible job with mine and my bridesmaids hair and makeup on my wedding day! The makeup lasted really well and my hair held it's style so much better than I expected. I felt incredible and we all received so many complements on our hair and make-up. Emma and Haley both arrived on time and made the getting ready process so easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much!

I recently got married and used the style lounge for my hair and makeup as well as 3 bridesmaids and mother of the groom.
Both Gemma and Natasha were absolutely amazing, they are so friendly and welcoming, they were able to do all hair and makeup styles we wanted and were on hand the change any bits we wanted changing.
I will 100% recommend these to anyone wanting hair and makeup done for their wedding, the prices are so reasonable and the responsiveness to my messages was great I was never left waiting or without a response. Without a doubt they made me look and feel incredible for my wedding day

Our wedding, unfortunately was postponed 3 times due to COVID and our original venue cancelling weddings at short notice . Although I had 2 trials each trial over the,2 year period it was with a different MUA/Hair Stylist each time!!
Style Lounge went above and beyond to ensure my final trial ladies, made me feel comfortable and confident for my wedding day. I was overjoyed with the final results. My make up stayed the whole 12 hours and my hair to!! My husband loved my look!! And I felt fantastic all day.

Made me feel like a true queen on my wedding day. Super quick at responding and Emma and Emma were so lovely, I could ask for more! On the wedding day, not only did they make myself and my bridespeople look amazing but they helped me keep calm before walking down the aisle. The hair and make up stayed beautiful all day and, despite my happy crying, the lashes stayed completely in tact. Thank you thank thank you!! Xxxxx

Both Lisa's were amazing both with the trials and the communication. Great work and a pleasure to have on the day with smiles and professionalism throughout. Excellent at what they and very calming. Made the morning much less stressful and enjoyable cannot fault the service highly recommended

I booked the Style Lounge for my guests who were coming to my wedding. There were multiple guests (the entire groom's wedding party) booked. Due to miscommunication, the booking had not been paid in full. Understandably this needed to be organised however Lisa - keeping in mind it was the day before my wedding - was the rudest person I encountered and basically ruined my pre-wedding night. At 4.41pm she sent an email stating 'I will need payment by 5.30 tonight or I will cancel your booking'. I explained that was busy organising things for the wedding and I needed a little more time however it would be paid - zero empathy, zero understanding, zero care and zero 'giving a s**t that it was my wedding - her reply, 'All the emails have the payment terms on them. You have till 5.30 to pay in full or we will cancel due to lack of payment '
Of course I managed to organise the payment and I thought that was the end. ... The morning of my wedding I received a message saying guests had not worken up in time and I of course will still be charged - her message was rude, badly mannered and again did not care for the fact that it was my wedding day and this could ruin my wedding morning. If I could, I would screenshot the entire conversation in this thread to stop people from using them !!!

I would not even recommend this company to my worst enemy- who speaks to people like this on their wedding day?!
