The ladies at All About Eve were so helpful in assisting me to choose my dream dress. They listened to what I wanted and provided me with options to match. They have been so good accommodating me trying on the dress when I wanted to. A great experience!

After my disaster with Alison Jayne, all about Eve stepped in to help me and I’m so glad they did. Keira was amazing, so supportive and empowering and let me try on every dress as many times as I needed. Was what I dreamed of as a little girl.

I have recently had my first dress fitting and loved it! I initially asked for Keira who I met on my first appointment when I chose my dress but she was unable to be there as she was in a wedding fayre so instead I had another lovely lady. I'm so sorry I can't remember her name but she had short red hair and was petite. She was so lovely and made us feel welcome. My first appointment went really well back in August last year. Keira offered refreshments and was very patient while I was deciding on each dress. I felt really welcomed and at ease as soon as I arrived. Thank you for helping me try on the dresses and for also giving me time in each one to discuss thoughts and feelings with my mum and sisters who joined me on the day. All About Eve offers fantastic service and the dress selection is amazing. The room we were in was so lovely! My family spoke highly of it when we left. I was recommended by a colleague at work and it definitely didn't disappoint. I'm so glad I made an appointment and I can't wait to go back in May to try my dress on again. Also AAE was the first shop I'd made an appointment with and the only shop I'd been to to find my dream dress. Don't be disheartened if at first some of the dresses don't suit you because it wasn't until the 6th dress I tried that I said "WOW"! I knew it was the one also because I could tell by the reactions of my family. Making payments was easy too with the first 50% due when you decide on the dress and then the remaining balance is paid in full on your first fitting. I wasn't hassled at all for payments and communication was excellent. The only negative I have is that during a first fitting I would have liked some alone time with my family to have a chat about the dress ect without the staff as we'd come all the way from Bridgend and we weren't in there very long. I know it's just a fitting but some privacy also would be great even if it's just 10 minutes to listen to everyone's thoughts and to just enjoy the moment a little more without the feeling of having to say ok I'm ready to change now. However I must point out that I didn't feel pressured or rushed to change back into my clothes and the girls are absolutely lovely and so professional. So knowledgeable and friendly. I found 'THE dress' back in October last year with Kiera and got to pick it up yesterday after it coming into store!
My whole experience at All About Eve was absolutely incredible from start to finish. I was made to feel comfortable and had lots of fun, my guests were well looked after and we were all offered refreshments throughout. When I picked up my dress yesterday despite being stuck in traffic and delayed Kiera was more than happy to let me try on some accessories and veils with my dress, my Mum had also spotted a dress she loved the look of so allowed her to try that on too (which she got yaaay!).
All the staff are so incredibly accommodating and friendly, plus there are dresses that cater to every size, which being plus size is a little more difficult to find a bridal shop with plus size samples to try on. There's a beautiful range for Mother of the Bride/Groom dresses available too, with accessories.
I couldn't recommend All About Eve more, I've loved every interaction and experience with them, it's made finding my wedding dress extra special!

All About Eve is the most lovely bridal boutique! If you’re looking for your dream gown and want brilliant service then look no further. The shop and it’s individual dressing rooms are beautiful, very chic with a relaxed feel. My wonderful consultant, Abbie, made me feel at ease during the experience whilst also making me feel really special. She listened to what I liked and disliked and didn’t rush me when trying things on. Although I didn’t end up getting my gown there due to personal reasons, I loved every second of my time there and highly recommend it to any brides wanting the perfect dress buying experience. Keira was so amazing to work with, she was so supportive throughout and made the whole wedding dress shopping experience an absolute dream. As my original wedding date was meant to be in September 2020, my wedding shopping experiences all took place before the pandemic, where I was able to have several friends and family members with me. I know it must have been so tough for those brides who were looking for their dress while restrictions were in place, but if they were lucky enough to have Keira with them I know she would have made the experience as special as possible.

I found my dream dress at All About Eve today and I really couldn’t recommend them enough! I’ve tried 4 other bridal places before this one and this was by far the best experience from the lovely staff to the whole decor and feel of the place, it did bring that special atmosphere we’d been looking for! I had travelled from Oxfordshire to try on one dress but one of the ladies suggested something different to try on as well which is the one I ended up leaving with! We were looked after by Nicole and Chelsea who were fantastic, really friendly but also professional and knowledgable, I definitely trusted their advice. I was also given a little goody bag to take along with the dress which was a lovely touch! Honestly couldn’t be happier and we’re so glad we made the journey! Big thanks to you all ❤️

Excellent friendly and attentive staff and huge choice of dresses in a range of sizes. Large private rooms for you and your bridal party to try the dresses on. I found my perfect dress and would highly recommend All about Eve.

I was quite nervous about getting a dress for MOG, but I need not have been worried about going to All About Eve. I was seen by Keira who was brilliant with me, she had patience when I had a slight 'meltdown' 😉 and was honest wit her feedback when I asked her. AMAZING staff and lush boutique, super friendly and helpful. Managed to squeeze us in super last minute after seeing their colleagues at the wedding fayre in Cardiff. Very happy and mum found the DRESS she's been looking for! Highly recommend it. X
