Disappointing bridal experience

Unfortunately I had a really negative experience with Alterations Boutique, when it came to getting my wedding dress altered.

Halfway during alterations the dress was moved to another boutique, with hardly any communication from the company other than a Whatsapp telling me this had been done. I tried to contact their Customer Services for days to find out where it had been moved to, my emails were completely ignored - and still haven't been acknowledged to this day. I finally found out where the dress was by receiving a new appointment booking, two hours before said appointment - with no additional message or apology about this. It really added stress at a time that it wasn't needed.

The seamstresses were lovely and did a good job on the length of the dress, but did dismiss my concern about the top still being a bit loose by saying that wearing tape on the day would be adequate. Having just had the wedding, the top was noticeably loose when wearing the dress for a few hours, and I really would have preferred that the alteration just been done.
