I arrived feeling very nervous as it was my first time trying on dresses. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with friendly, kind and knowledgeable lady who instantly put me at ease. The appointment I was amazing! Massive choice of gowns so I got to try on my wish list. I found the most beautiful wedding gown and can’t wait to go back for my alterations.

I had the best experience shopping for a wedding dress at 'I do' Frocks! I was so, so nervous beforehand. As a plus-size bride, I was worried I wouldn't find anything that would give me that feeling all us girls dream about, and so the plan was to try everything and anything. Sophie was absolutely fine with me being indecisive and anything I asked was no trouble at all. Sophie suggested a dress which I hadn't considered, and it turned out to be the one! Sophie then let me return at a later date for a visit with my bridesmaids, just so they could see the dress as well. Not once did I feel like a burden or like I was being difficult. Sophie is an absolutely queen and has such a huge amount of knowledge and experience to give you all the help you could want or need. I could not recommend this place more!

I am a bit of a jeans and top kind of girl but somehow I ended with a dress that made me feel amazing! I had no idea where to start but my MoH made me book an appointment. Kate made me feel relaxed from the start by sitting down and chatting about the background of wedding dresses and sizings. I trusted her as she was honest about what I should look at, because I had a short notice wedding (3 months!) and what could be done in terms of adjustments. The boutique is lovely, somehow both modern and rustic at the same time. I tried on loads of dresses - there was a special platform to stand on so you can see the dress hang properly - really important if you're 5'4" as dresses are made for taller lasses and then trimmed down. Kate got an idea of the things I liked (and the ones I hated!) and used her expertise to pick a dress that I'd never have picked out myself but I loved it instantly and couldn't believe it!

If you see one you like , but wanted extra embellishments, add sleeves or anything else , they can do all that for you. I had sleeves and extra beading added to mine and it was perfect! It becomes a bespoke and unique dress. They will give you 2 hrs of undivided attention at your first appointment and will listen to all your bridal needs and requests. They are so friendly and courteous and make you feel very comfortable in what could be a daunting environment. I don't think there are many brides to be who are 100% sure of what kind of dress/gown they want, but the staff will certainly give you an array of choices for you to make that ultimate decision. They will never push you to make a decision, but will advise you should you ask for their opinion on the gowns. At my fitting , I had lost a lot of weight.So much so that my gown not just needed to be taken in, but needed to be taken apart and basically put back together again! I panicked but their superb seamstress Vizma is wonderfully talented in what she does , that you would have never known the dress was in pieces. I cannot express how happy I am to have found this place. It really is a hidden gem! If you live a little far, I guarantee your travel will not be wasted. THANK YOU SO MUCH Mo for being optimistic that my dress will be done in time, Pam for finding the dress of my dreams, and Vizma for the grand job finishing the end product . You've all been brilliant!! I can't thank you enough! You have made a huge contribution in making my wedding day just perfect!
