Michelle was absolutely incredible; from the smiley greeting to the “pick as many as you want to try on”, to the Prosecco and the sweets!
She was there to help at any moment but also allowed me to have some privacy (which doesn’t always happen!).
I took different people each time to get an opinion and she was so lovely advising and helping me accessorise so that I could buy the perfect dress for me. Even after the purchase, Michelle would chat to me at wedding events and helped me find a seamstress. I CANNOT recommend Lily Francis Bridal enough. My only regret is that I won’t get to buy another wedding dress from her any time soon!

I visited a few bridal shops but none were like Lily Francis Bridal. The attention to detail and customer service was second to none. I felt completely comfortable and with such reasonable prices I found my prefect dress!

I visited lily francis bridal after already going to another shop with no success. I was greeted by Michelle who was extremely friendly and welcoming and really helped ease me into the process. My first time visiting I found two dresses I loved and couldn’t choose between. Michelle was really accommodating and let me come in a couple days later to try both of these on again! I’ve now got my dream dress and can’t wait to wear it at my June wedding!!

Michelle was very friendly and welcoming. It was a lovely environment to choose the right dress with a great selection available to choose from. She also made my family feel very welcome. I was a bit nervous about dress shopping and finding the right dress, but Michelle provided a very pleasant experience which gave me the confidence that I'd chosen the best dress for me. Many people on the day said how beautiful the dress was!

My budget was not huge and so I'd resigned myself to hunting for an off-the-peg dress. I was also fast loosing faith that my very specific idea for my dress even existed. Then I got in contact with Michelle at Lilly Francis Bridal. From her first email to me it was clear she cared about my vision and maki sure she understood my vision and if possible found a dress that matched it. I walked into my session and saw "the dress" on a mannequin. I assumed it was a made to order dress, it was, but was much more achievable in budget. Michelle was willing to show me posible underlayers and different styles from the same designer. It was the most enjoyable appointment I have had and the whole space felt so safe and collaborative. The collection available had a special factor to every dress that sets them apart from many other shops. The whole experience was wonderful and I would actively encourage any bride to visit them if they are looking for a dress with a little extra wow-factor. I cannot thank them enough for connecting me with the dress of my dreams!

Amazing service from beginning to end. Michelle made the process of finding the right dress so easy. I felt super relaxed in her shop and the selection of dress is fantastic. She managed to work out exactly what I wanted and I found the perfect dress. Was stunning.

Lily Francis Bridal was the first bridal shop I visited and immediately upon entering Michelle was welcoming and friendly.

There is plenty of room to explore the beautiful selection of dresses and the whole place has a lovely calming feel to it.

I was nervous about going shopping but these nerves were instantly gone with the friendly nature that Michelle has. Michelle is so knowledgeable, kind and supportive which made this such a fun and special experience.

Where do I even start with Michelle. From the second I walked into her boutique she made me feel so at home. She made my mum and bridesmaids feel welcome and included. Listened to what I liked and didn’t like, encouraged me to nudge outside my box. Respected my budget and never let me fall in love with a dress I couldn’t afford. When I wanted a second appointment to finalize my decision she was flexible and again so welcoming. Michelle gave me the experience I had dreamt of and I’d shout from the rooftops how amazing she is!

So welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, very helpful and accommodating, would highly recommend and of course I said yes to the dress 🥰

I would recommend going to Lily Francis Bridal. My experience finding my wedding dress with Michelle was highly professional. She is a fantastic communicator and would instantly email back if I had any questions to ask her.

Michelle found and recommended a professional make up artist for me to use on my wedding day. This was really helpful and saved me having to do an endless amount of research.

Michelle was extremely flexible when collecting a pair of shoes I purchased with her. Although I couldn’t collect them at the shop when she wasn’t available, she was accommodating and I collected them from her at a wedding fair she had to attend.

Overall, the quality of service was excellent and I was very satisfied.

Michelle has a beautiful collection of wedding dresses, it was difficult to choose!, but she was brilliant with her ideas and guidance, we had a few laughs along the way too! :)
Nothing was too much trouble for little tweaks needed and making sure everything could be done in the timeframe. Plus she keeps in touch all the time so you know exactly where everything is up to!
