Love Spell Bridal was the first wedding dress shop I went to, and it was the third dress I tried on that felt like "my dress". I had researched many different bridal boutiques but Love Spell was the only one that had more than 3 dress designs I wanted to try. Unfortunately the first two didn't feel like "the one" but when the lady pulled out a dress she said wasn't in the current collection (a future design), I fell in love immediately. I had so many compliments on the wedding day about how stunning the dress was and they weren't wrong. Looking back at some of the photos, it looked and felt incredible. Thank you Love Spell for making my dreams come true.

The lady that helped me was great! I've been to 4 other shops and they weren't as helpful. Great service and great personality! Dresses could be abit cleaner as I saw some dirty spots in them but other than that it was great.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you all at Lovespell for helping me find my perfect wedding dress. We got married this Saturday and I don’t know how to word it…but essentially, I could not have felt more like the best version of me possible!!

My dress was absolutely stunning. So many people commented on how unique it is, and the person doing my hair saw the bag my dress was hanging in and got really excited!! She said she ‘just knew’ a lovespell bride when she saw one and couldn’t wait to see my dress- she even teared up when I put it on!!

The whole experience was just beautiful. I have some very precious memories of drinking Prosecco in your gorgeous boutique with my mum, and all the little touches (like putting my name on the welcome board) made it so special. We never felt rushed or like we were a burden and I just can’t thank you enough.

My first experience with love spell when I selected my dress was amazing and I love the dress I chose. But it really wasn’t made very clear to me that no fitting is included and that they measure you and that’s the dress you get. My dress was huge on me because a 12 was ordered I’m usually a size 10. I should have checked the size they measured me as but they kept referring to fittings so I assumed this would just be taken in at that point. I wasn’t able to swap my dress for a smaller size and I’ve had to spend an absolute fortune getting the dress taken apart and sewn together again. I think leaving a customer this unhappy is poor service and just to respond with all brides feel this way when the dress doesn’t fit exactly how they want it but i don't feel like that is true at all as I’ve had to take around 4inches out.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I do feel like leaving a customer this unhappy and not offering to do something about it isn’t right especially when it’s something as special as a wedding dress.

After searching for the perfect, relaxed natural feeling wedding dress I finally arrived at Love Spell Design. I had almost given up on finding 'the one' but during my appointment they helped me navigate all the styles and really listened to what I had imagined (or what I desperately didn't want). After a bit of searching and on the spot design tweaking we arrived at my perfect dress. The service throughout was fantastic, plenty of advice and guidance both about the dress and also for my wedding day. Thoroughly recommend for a bride looking for a relaxed boho dress that doesn't cost the earth.

My mum and I had a great experience with Love Spell in London. The stylist brought out a beautiful range of dresses that I liked, one of which I ended up choosing, and the entire process felt very smooth. The only thing was that it felt a bit rushed at the end, with paperwork needing to be done and the next clients waiting, but they did a great job of remaining calm and sharing in our excitement. They also stuck within my budget, which was appreciated.

In regard to the dress itself, there were no problems with its ordering or with any follow-up appointments. It was made clear to my mum and myself that the dress, whilst designed in London, would be made outside of the UK, and that we would also need to source an external seamstress for it to be taken in/out and for any other adjustments/customisations to be made (as so many dress shops ask!). The picking up of the dress went well, with the dress arriving in very good and beautiful condition, and we received a sturdy dress bag to take it away in. The quality of the dress was also very good, with the stitching and seams very neat and well-sewn.

The only thing that I would mention is the price of the dress (I wanted something less than £2000, which was achieved), but as so many wedding dresses are so expensive, I guess that it really comes down to how much you’re willing to spend on a dress and what the dress ultimately means to you. Given the quality of the dress when it arrived, I do think that the dress at least earned a good portion of its price tag, as I’m aware that wedding dresses are not at all easy or cheap things to sew. But I also just loved it, and that is an important thing to take into account when working within a budget.

Overall, I had a very good experience with Love Spell and would recommend them to any future bride who is looking for dresses that are a little bit different!
