I fell in love with the 'Gabrielle wedding dress' design. It was so different from anything else I had seen and the dress felt wonderful I couldnt imagine myself in anything else. Cynthia, tailored the dress to fit me and it was perfect from start to finish. Her team and support staff were outstanding with organising appointments for me and following up.. My wedding day was evern more special than I could ever have imagined. I felt so beautiful and everyone loved my dress. Designing my dress was challenging as I had just had my baby daughter and my body kept changing size. Cynthia was so patient, even though it took much longer than we had planned. Her calmness and honest approach was exactly what I needed and her expertise is faultless. She is exactly who you need in your corner when it comes to designing your dream dress and I would highly recommend her to anyone. My Mom and Dad both cried and so did my bridal party which made me cry too. The entire experience is such a meaningful one with countless memories and a great friend who feels like family. Cynthia and Shirley, I cant thank you enough for all you have done, I will be forever grateful. I wish you both every success in the new studio and hope to visit you all soon when the album arrives. Thank You for the outstanding service provided. It really helped in making the day perfect. We never really considered bridal dress hire however we are now confident in the process and I would recommend it to future couples. We had left it last minute, We approached this store 8 weeks before our wedding, they have a wide range of dresses to choose from varying in style and availability is pretty good. The dresses are all adjustable and tailored to your body, you attend a fitting a few days before. We took 2 dresses, a big one for photos and a light one for the evening. The price was a fraction of the cost of buying a wedding dress and you don’t have to wait many months like if you were buying a dress to keep. We have no use for the dress in the future, so hiring was really convenient for us and saved us a lot of money. The lovely lady at the store is very friendly and aware of other cultures traditions and styling for weddings/engagements and she really was helpful and knowledgable. Guiding us till we found the perfect dress for my wife. She was genuinely excited for us and its clear she enjoys her work and I cant express more how her input made our day special. I cannot rate Joyce Young highly enough. The whole team is an absolute joy to work with - I visited several different bridal boutiques and none came close to the exceptional experience I received with Joyce Young. They truly care about every single detail - they want you to not only feel perfect on your big day, but also enjoy the lead up to it. I looked forward to every appointment I had with them and am sad I don’t get to go down there for more fittings now!! By the end of my time working with them, I felt like I knew them and they really were an important part of my excitement getting married. My dress was also absolutely perfect. There were customisations I wanted to make to my dress and they did everything to make them happen, and offered genuine helpful advice too. There aren’t enough words for how great they are!! Go and see them, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Mary, Colin, Valerie for being so fantastic at what you do and for giving me such a personal and enjoyable experience with my dream wedding dress.
