Hailey was an absolute dream.
I was incredibly nervous about finding a wedding dress that I would feel comfortable in, let alone love, as a plus size woman. I need not have worried one bit. From the first contact to collecting my dress, Hailey went above and beyond. She made me feel so confident and beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble. I could try on any dress I wanted without bother and she made the whole process as easy as possible. She was extremely professional, yet warm and felt like one of the family. I found my dream dress and I felt like Hailey (and her mum) were genuinely so pleased for me.
When there was an issue with the delivery of my dress from the supplier (nothing to do with Hailey), she bent over backwards to make sure I got my dress on time. She was also very gracious about me changing my mind about a headpiece that I no longer wanted (I found something that fit my aesthetic better elsewhere) and there were no issues there.
Hailey helped me to feel like the best version of myself on my wedding. I didn't need to worry about a thing.
The only thing that I'm disappointed with is that I don't get to do it all again. If for whatever reason I ever need to buy a wedding dress again, the only place I would ever go is to Hailey.

The best Experience
From start to finish the experience was just a dream. Hailey was so patient, understanding and really listened to what I really wanted with my dress. She was so kind and welcoming it really made the whole experience amazing and I felt at ease. All the dresses in the boutique were so beautiful. I would highly recommended Coastal Boutique and thank you again for helping me find my perfect dress. -

When planning our October 2023 wedding in 2022 Coastal Bridal was my last wedding shop to go to after not being able to find my dress.
As soon as myself and MOH stepped into the shop we were made to feel so welcome. Hadn’t felt like this in any of the other 3, in fact I was insulted in one. Hailey asked what type of dresses I’ve been trying on and what style did I like. I showed her photos of ones I’d tried and she then set to work.
The first dress I tried on made me feel amazing and showed of my hourglass figure perfectly. After trying on a couple more dresses I was being drawn back to dress number 1, needless to say dress number 1 was my dress.
I feel that fate made Coastal Bridal to be the last dress shop I visited. Simply because Hailey is so passionate about her job and makes you feel at ease. My dress was made bespoke to me with the guidance of Hailey. I loved wearing my dress. I didn’t know want to take it off at the end of the night.
I would a million percent recommend Hailey. She is without a doubt the best supplier/venue in Cornwall purely based on my experience.

Hailey is the wonderful owner of coastal Bridal, her laid back approach is exactly what you need when looking for your perfect dress, she knows exactly which style to try if you are unsure of what you would like and the chances are that you will fall in love with the dress she suggests, I bought my dress before covid hit and Hailey being the lovely person she is offered to hold on to it in her store room until a time closer to my wedding that I could go and collect it, there is absolutely no pressure from her whatsoever when making a decision about anything and she is only a message away if you have any questions about anything, On the day of my wedding I felt so comfortable in the dress I had chosen, I was sad to take it off at the end of the day (would have slept it in but it has lace and A LOT of layers in the skirt 😍)
I would absolutely recommend Hailey at Coastal Bridal, I had such an amazing experience from beginning to end -
