I can't comment on service if you are shopping for a dress, (although there are numerous reviews that do) but if you are looking to get your dress cleaned, I would not recommend this service.
I bought my dress elsewhere and was looking for a service to clean it after my wedding. It was not massively dirty, I just had a long train which got dirty. I was quoted over the phone and given a 3 hour timeslot to bring my dress in to get it booked in for cleaning.
I arrived at the time given, the owner of the shop told me she was in a dress fitting and sent me next door to speak with her mother as they were short staffed that day. I get it! These things happen, but the disappointment did not stop there. I was left holding my very long and heavy dress in the air while the lady looked directly at me, did not acknowledge me, just carried on with what she was doing for around 5 mins. She then asked how she could help and I said what I was there for. She took my dress and left it on the floor next to her with a few others in a heap while she took some details from me. After that was done I said that I assumed my very expensive dress was not going to be left on the floor and she said with a sharp bite that she would take it upstairs when she had time. I left my dress there for 3 weeks (as they advise it takes) before I called and asked how my dress was doing. She did not take any details, she just said that all the dresses were cleaned and just needed to be steamed and she would do this Monday (the following working day), and I could collect Saturday between 10am and 2pm. I went in on Saturday at 11ish to collect, to be left ignored for 10 mins while the owner again just chatted with her previous appointment and did not acknowledge my presence at all. She then asked her employee to speak with me. The young girl was really lovely but sadly could not find my dress upstairs, I said I was panicking that my dress was lost and she said she would go and speak to the owner and find out where it was. The owner then came back and told me that my dress was clean but still not steamed and therefore not ready for collection. She said she would steam it that evening and deliver it to my home. I confirmed with her that she did in fact know where my dress was and it was safe and agreed to have her delivery this to me. I am happy to say my dress is now home safe and clean, but the stress was just not worth it. There is no professionalism and no customer care. It feels very chaotic and unorganised and that does not fill me with confidence with handling such an important task. I felt like an inconvenience and a hassle which I did not expect after paying so much money for a service they provide.

Donna and Sophie are absolute angels. As someone that is very self conscious, I was nervous about finding a dress but they put me completely at ease. My wedding dress ended up being the wildcard option from Donna and it was absolutely stunning, it wasn’t a style I had considered or thought I could pull off and I felt so beautiful in it. The alterations that Sophie made for me were perfect and I was beyond happy with how my dress turned out. I couldn’t recommend this boutique enough and I there aren’t enough words to describe how lovely Donna and Sophie are.

From the moment I stepped foot in the store I knew I would find my dream dress. The whole team are fabulous. Caring, supportive, creative and fun! I would highly recommend to any bride. They made my mum feel so welcome after a four hour drive.

My daughter got married this year and we bought the wedding and bridesmaids dresses from Rose’s Bridal Boutique. The service, professionalism and friendliness were second to none. From the moment we entered we were put at ease. Donna was amazing helping my daughter choose her perfect dress. The boutique was intimate and the bride was centre of attention. No detail was too small.

We also ordered the ties and pocket squares to match the the bridesmaids dresses for the groom’s party.

Everything ran so smoothly and Sophie the onsight seamstress was excellent.

We had a perfect day with a beautiful Bride and bridal party.
Would definitely recommend this boutique.

I came into the bridal shop, not knowing what to expect. It was my first time looking at dresses and I was nervous. I was put completely at ease, and made to feel I was the only person that mattered while I was there. In that appointment we went through lots of dresses trying them on. I was open to trying different options. I found the one, it was not what I thought I would go for! I felt amazing in it though! Would highly recommend

Donna is so helpful and welcoming! She makes you feel instantly at ease and is so good at understanding what your looking for and what suits you! Shes honest with her opinion on the fit which is so helpful and I really appreciated considering I am not much of a dress wearer so didn’t know where to start!

The team here are so lovely, friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic experience and purchased my dress through them. I was never rushed or pressured into buying and it was a wonderful experience. I happily recommend them to anyone. Thank you Donna and Sophie!

A lovely bridal boutique with 1 on 1 consultation, fabulous choice of dresses and if you are not body confident this the place to go. Donna and Sophie will make you feel amazing they know what you will look amazing in. They aren’t there just to ‘sell’ you a dress! Very professional but very welcoming.
