Wow I am so so pleased I picked Rookery Bridal to go wedding dress shopping at! Every part of the experience was so wonderful, easy and enjoyable! From the first appointment, the staff were all so friendly and helpful- I think it was Victoria who helped me during that first appointment. She called us to say we could come early so we could make the most of our time, she gave us lots of time to walk around and have a look at the dresses on offer, and she was so attuned to what I liked/ worked for me that she was able to give amazing recommendations. This included my final dress I tried on which went on to be THE dress haha. It was a stunning Lilian West gown that felt perfect straight away. Once I had ordered it, the team at Rookery Bridal were very communicative about it arriving and also booked me an appointment to pick out a veil as well (they happened to have one that matched my dress perfectly so that was happy days). They offered a free steaming of the dress in the week running up to the wedding but as mine was lace, I didn't actually need to use this service, but i can imagine it is so helpful that it is there.
Overall Rookery Bridal has a stunning collection of gowns which despite having a good variety, are all very elegant and well made. The experience was so much fun and stress free and the team were so helpful throughout the process. Therefore I would highly highly highly recommend Rookery bridal as a place to go to search for your perfect wedding dress!

Nicke and Sarah were so friendly, and lovely! They made myself, and son feel so comfortable at our appointment, they really helped me in the search for the “right dress”.
From booking the appointment online, the girls have kept me updated by phone and by email. Sarah and Nicke have definitely helped take some stress out of planning the big day, (especially as the wedding is a little short notice).

I chose rookery bridal for my wedding dress after word of mouth and the many positive reviews.

From the first moment I made contact, rookery bridal have shown professionalism, kindness and compassion.

As a slightly larger lady, I was so nervous about wedding dress shopping and I absolutely dreaded the day of picking one out.
From my first phone call, Jemma was able to put my fears at ease and was able to empathise with all my worries.

After booking my consultation, I was invited to complete a questionnaire and create a wish list on their website so that we had a bit more of an idea of the dress and style I was looking for.
Jemma then rung me a week beforehand to answer any last minute questions and put anymore worries at ease.

The actual day of choosing my dress was everything I’d hoped and dreamed of. Jemma was so incredibly welcoming. The shop is amazing with fantastic light and an array of sample dresses to try on. I also loved the fact that there was an amazing range of sizes so I never felt as though I was being squished into something too small and Jemma was always able to work magic with clips to ensure the best fit.
Jemma was patient and kind, taking time to ensure I was comfortable in each dress before stepping out in front of my family. She always made sure that we were listened to and took everything in.

After trying on a good few dresses and not finding quite the right one. Jemma came up with a few suggestions and picked out a couple of dresses for me to try on.
After putting on the second one, I knew, that this was the one. This was then confirmed by my family. We are still amazed that Jemma was able to listen to each small detail of feedback from each of us with the other dresses and was able to come back with the perfect one. It’s a credit to her knowledge and shows that she is truly amazing at what she does. She is a true credit to the team and experience that Sarah has been able to create with rookery bridal. I cannot thank them all enough for being able to give me everything I had hoped for.

Their care and expertise lasts well beyond the consultation day and they have been able to help find the right seamstress and source fabric for some customisations I’d like for my dress.
I cannot recommend rookery bridal for your wedding dress enough, you won’t regret it.

I travelled half way across the country to visit them and I'm so glad I did: they have created a wonderfully warm, welcoming and comfortable space. The dresses are so well cared for, and my every need was considered and anticipated while I was trying on different options. The dresses available are so stunning that I felt like a princess the entire time I was there. When I found the one, the team were very flexible and I was able to come back the following day with my best friend before confirming that I’d like to go ahead. Firstly the rookery bridal team were such a helpful team, and booking the appointment to recieving the dress. I had previously had a less positive experience at another bridal shop closer to me which I had felt pressured at and couldn't take any photos in the dressed to help make a decision. Rookery bridal was the complete opposite, they took the time allowed me to go multiple times to see the dresses, it felt very clear that they wanted me to make the best decision, and I didn't feel pressured or influenced to go for a specific dress like I felt at other places. They provided welcome drinks which made the experience feel more special, they also had great follow ups using emails to make sure the process was going well. They advised quite earlier on to sort a seamstress which was fantastic advise as they seem to book up far in advance and I used one of their recommendations who was always amazing.

I'm very thankful I chose to go with Rookery Bridal as I the whole process was a pleasure.

I had the most amazing experience at Rookery Bridal. I explained what I thought I wanted and styles I liked and Sarah couldn't have got it more spot on, the dress I ended up choosing was just perfect!!
When I tried on dresses and spoke about what I liked or didn't like, Sarah would go and grab another dress she had in mind and from there I tried 4 dresses on a couple of times over to see what I preferred.
The shop itself is beautiful, it's really lovely! The toilets are super cute, with perfume bottles available etc, you just can't go anywhere else, it's perfect, trust me!
I felt amazing on my wedding day and cannot thank Rookery Bridal enough, they went above and beyond and I am really grateful.
