The consultation call I had with Phoebe was excellent, it was clear she completely understood my vision and has so much knowledge when it comes to wedding dress designs, shapes and materials. What was even more impressive was how quickly Phoebe was able to send over a sketch of the design that we had discussed in less than 24 hours.

I can not tell you how amazing shades of white is. From the moment we walked in we felt so comfortable the gentleman helped my nan in and made her smile from the get go which made her day. I came into shades of white never trying a wedding dress on before and was very nervous but so excited. There was no judgement and I felt so comfortable. Everything was a breeze and time was not an issue. I came in thinking i had a vision of what I liked to walk out saying yes to a dress which is completely different to what i thought i would pick. I i felt beyond beautiful. Thank you so much for everything.

I went to Sams Bridal Boutique looking for a wedding dress for the first time, with an image in my mind. I went for the complete opposite! Sam was professional, Warm and friendly throughout the whole process. She really had attention to detail and made the whole experience beautiful and magaical. I went for a second appointment with my bridesmaids to show the dress and we even picked out their bridesmaid dresses which they loved! From the moment me and my mum walked in we felt really looked after. Her premises are beautiful & really well set out. She did everything to put me at ease as it was my first (and in the end only) bridal gown appointment. She listened to what I had in mind and was helpful with suggesting ideas and gowns that may have worked. Every gown I tried on was beautiful and there were 2 or 3 that I really loved. Ultimately it was the second dress I tried on that made me feel utterly beautiful and so that was the dress!! We said yes to the dress there and then and I took it away with me. I would thoroughly recommend Alison not only for her kindness and knowledge, but also how calm and at ease she made me feel as I was full of anxiety before I went in. As her gowns are off the peg, if you need any tailoring or altering she provides a full list of excellent seamstresses in a few areas so you have options on where to get it done. All I need with my dress is a little shortening, so I booked in straight away with her advice as they do get full very quickly. I cannot wait until my wedding in August!

Trying on wedding dresses can be intimidating but Michelle @ Lily Francis Bridal made me feel so at home when trying to choose my dress!

Sue was excellent from the first consultation to the final dress fitting. Sue listened and gently directed me to my dream dress. I needed some major alterations with only being 5 foot and after all the hard work my dress looked perfect on the wedding day. I received so many compliments and couldn't dream of a better experience. If you are looking for dress shopping experience where you feel like the only bride in the world, Sue is the lady to go and see. She has so many dresses in different styles to pick from and you will come away either finding your dream dress or one step closer to finding it.

Harveys of Ramsey is absolutely amazing place to shop for your wedding dress. The boutique itself is beautiful- makes you feel warm & welcomed, gives you very nice feeling just by walking in the door. Michelle & Danielle are brilliant- they listened to me, were super friendly, easy to talk to. They didn't just help me pick my dream wedding dress, they also gave advice on venues, suppliers, accessories, gave brochures and wedding magazines. These girls aren't just amazing at what they do, they are also there to help and guide you through till your wedding day. Louise at Brides by Solo in Newmarket was amazing and really helped me to find the perfect dress for my big day! All staff were professional and made me feel like I was a valued customer and that they genuinely wanted me to have the perfect wedding day. There is a wide range of dresses both for brides and bridesmaids to choose from which cater for every taste. I would have no hesitation in recommending brides by solo to any future bride.
