I was so happy when I come across Wedding Frox, from my initial enquiry to picking up my dress their service was beyond my expectations. The ladies made sure I had everything I needed and each time I visited I was never rushed or pushed to make a decision. We could've shopped for hours. They were super helpful and their dress knowledge and style advice beat all of the other shops I had visited. I would 100% recommend Wedding Frox, and in fact have already to a 2025 bride. I had two dress appointments at Wedding Frox. Both were a truly enjoyable experience. I had a style in mind and they helped me pick a few options to try on, at all times I felt comfortable, welcomed, and happy - there was never any pressure to decide. After experiencing some other dress shops, I could only say I loved Wedding Frox more, and returned to re-try the first dress. They were so helpful, and communicated clearly about delivery and timelines - as I was overseas they sent videos of the dress when it arrived, and even suggested an amazing and trusted seamstress. I would highly recommend.

I, like most women planning of their wedding day, was dreaming of the one, perfect dress to blow my fiance’s/husbands mind while walking down the aisle. I was not exactly excited about the idea of shopping for my wedding dress, as I knew exactly what I wanted, was not going to settle for anything less and knew it would be a difficult find.

The start of my wedding dress shopping journey proved this to be true, as very few stores stocked what I was looking for and many turned down my booking due to budget and lack of experience trying on wedding dresses – how you are meant to get experience of wedding dress shopping and knowing what style suites you best without going to stores in the first place, I have no idea!

Then I found Wedding Frox! A beautiful modern barn in a small collection of small boutique shops on the outskirts of Guilford. They had an amazing selection of dresses, great reviews and could book me for an appointment soon without any conditions.

When my mum and I met with the wedding dress assistant, she immediately asked me what I was looking for. My instant response: ‘Less Cinderella princess, and more elven queen’. She instantly started picking out some dresses that fit my discerption and encouraged me to do that same.

We started off with five dresses and began to streamline what dresses suited me best. I drowned in fabric of an A-line dress but, much to my delight, looked elegant in a fitted dress, floor length dress.

Then when trying on the sixth dress, I found the one and only!

It fitted my description of what I wanted exactly, included boho sleeves and I was draped from head to two in French lace. I couldn’t believe how incredible I looked, the dress very nearly fitted me perfectly, only needing minor alterations, and the whole this was light and comfortable to wear – this was the one!

It was ever so slightly out of my budget, but the wedding dress assistant said that this was a unique style that didn’t suite many and wasn’t very popular with her customers. She said that if I was happy to take this exact one and take it away today, I could have at a 15% discount, bringing it into my budget. I jumped at the chance, paid and took it home with me right then and there.

The wedding dress assistant also recommended a couple seamstresses in the area to do the alterations and put me in touch with Fernanda who worked wonders on the dress to completely fit me.

Wedding Frox took an experience I was pretty much dreading and made it a stress and pain free, delightful experience where I found the dress of my dreams when I never thought I would! I could not be any more grateful! A massive thank you to the Wedding Frox dream team.

I got married earlier this year and got my dress through Wedding Frox, and I’m so glad I did. The staff are all so warm and friendly and the space is beautiful and welcoming. I was assisted by Eve and she was wonderful, patient and attentive. I’d left things a little late but she never rushed me and encouraged me to take the time to go away and come back, which meant that when I found my dress I was really sure. And it was the most beautiful dress - they have a fabulous range. I would definitely recommend any bride to be take a visit to Wedding Frox, you will be well looked after there!

I am on a cloud having married the man of my dreams this October and i was happy to have had the help of the wonderful team at wedding frox to help me pick out a suitable dress for the occasion. I was torn between dress styles but the fabulous staff help bring my vision into reality and I settled on a dress to make me feel elegant and like a true fairy Princess (my vibe!)

I had the pleasure of trying on dresses with Eve and she actually ended up picking out the dress I wore on my wedding day - I have never felt more beautiful so thank you!

I had the most wonderful experience whilst choosing my dress in store! The range of dresses was really great.

I went in to wedding frox not knowing what I wanted had a few ideas but as soon as some of the dresses came out on the rail I started getting idea what would like , I tryed on about 10 dresses and went back to the one I tryed 2nd and my little boy said to me I looked beautiful so I knew that was the one.

The team at wedding frox made us feel so welcome and helped me pick out the perfect dress! They have such a large range of designers that it allows you to try lots of different styles. Their boutique is also really spacious allowing you to walk around and see how they feel! Would recommend to anyone!

Wedding frox was my favourite bridal shop to visit. They completely put me at ease and found an amazing dress to suit my figure. I didn’t even end up picking the dress- Charlene found it for me! They were brilliant and I would 100% recommend.

I was super nervous going to try on wedding dresses as it was my first time I’d ever put one on, but after a couple of minutes I felt relaxed and comfortable!
The ladies were super helpful and soo nice. I was pretty open so I tried on all sorts or different shapes.
I found my dress and felt amazing in it, I cannot wait to go for my fitting!!

I went to Wedding Frox after going to two previous bridal stores where I felt I was 1) on show and the staff were expecting a performance 2) just one of many appointments in the day so I was nervous about my appointment and absolutely didn’t need to be. I had a wonderful experience at Wedding Frox - every member of staff I met was so kind and friendly and I was put at ease straight away. I found ‘the dress’ and was over the moon. Every piece of information they gave was accurate and on time - they recommended a local seamstress to make alterations and even gave me some spare straps to change when I went. I was bowled over by their services. 100% will be recommending.

Had a lovely experience and was made to feel relaxed and welcome. Kept bringing options until I found the dress I wanted.
