Cath and her team at the Bridal Den was amazing

I was the indecisive bride who tried on so many dresses in so many shops.

Cath and the girls did an amazing job in helping me and at my second appointment with them, we finally found the dress!

Amazing service

I booked an appointment when they ran a sale towards the end of last year. I wasn't ready to buy (or so I thought) and tried on quite a few dresses with the staff helping me with what suited my shape etc. They were so helpful and attentive and I found my dream dress and purchased on the spot. Because it was off the peg I could take it straight away but there was a mark on it, they got this cleaned for me and when I went back a few weeks later they let me try the dress on again and made me feel so special. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Awful! Unprofessional!

Brilliant buying experience, the rest was dreadful. Wouldn’t pick up the phone, delayed collection from sept to April. Appalling customer service.
