Alison was amazing. She tailored the experience to me, ensuring I was happy and my opinions were heard throughout but still taking on points and views of the party.
She was professional and could help make decisions and see the final image of the dress on the day. I am so thankful that she was able to help me find my dress and make me feel pretty and I cannot wait for my wedding day.

I loved my experience with Alison at townhouse bridal. She knew exactly what worked for me (even though I didn’t myself!) and had such a wonderfully emotional day. Alison is amazing and I would 100% recommend to any bride!

From the moment me and my mum walked in we felt really looked after. Her premises are beautiful & really well set out. She did everything to put me at ease as it was my first (and in the end only) bridal gown appointment. She listened to what I had in mind and was helpful with suggesting ideas and gowns that may have worked. Every gown I tried on was beautiful and there were 2 or 3 that I really loved. Ultimately it was the second dress I tried on that made me feel utterly beautiful and so that was the dress!! We said yes to the dress there and then and I took it away with me. I would thoroughly recommend Alison not only for her kindness and knowledge, but also how calm and at ease she made me feel as I was full of anxiety before I went in. As her gowns are off the peg, if you need any tailoring or altering she provides a full list of excellent seamstresses in a few areas so you have options on where to get it done. All I need with my dress is a little shortening, so I booked in straight away with her advice as they do get full very quickly. I cannot wait until my wedding in August!

I visited Townhouse bridal on my own, as I wanted my first experience of trying on dresses to be without other opinions or an audience and I had a really great experience.

Alison was super easy to talk to, she listened to what I said I liked and didn’t like and made me feel so comfortable. She had a really good selection of dresses in lots of sizes so I felt like I had an opportunity to try every style.

Such a fantastic experience, so relaxed and honest. This lady really knows her stuff and makes you feel so comfortable and before you even begin she asks detailed questions about what you want out of your dress. So many options as well but she doesn't let it become overwhelming as she helps you quickly whittle down what you like/dislike about each dress. Also the prices are phenomenal for top of the range dresses! Nothing could have made this experience better and I am a fussy bride!

I visited Alison at Townhouse Bridal last weekend in the hope of finding my wedding dress. From the moment we pulled up outside we were super impressed with the look of the boutique- it really is stunning inside and out. As someone who was quite anxious about dress shopping, Alison made me feel at ease straight away and before I knew it we were all having a great time and it was exactly what I had hoped my dress shopping day would be. Alison really does care about helping you find the right dress, whether that is at her shop or not. She isn't pushy in anyway which was something I was dreading and she really cared about ensuring the dress I chose was the right one for me. She has tons of advice on alterations/changes to the dress and her range of dresses for all shapes and sizes is amazing. She also has a fantastic range of accessories that are all beautiful. Put simply, I couldn't recommend Alison and Townhouse Bridal enough, she is very deserving of the best and I am so glad that I found my dress with her!
