Honestly where to start, Vicki's Bridal Boutique is everything you want for finding your dress. They have a great selection of dresses with lots of styles and at reasonable prices. Their website is great so you get a really good idea of designer styles and costs beforehand.
I was really nervous beforehand, feeling very self-conscious of trying on dresses. Within minutes, Hannah and Megan had me feeling completely at ease and I had the best time and found my perfect dress. There was division amongst my friends, with them preferring one dress and me feeling unsure, they offered objective but real and honest comments about my body language in one dress compared to the other and I knew which one to choose. I felt amazing on the day, and was glad to have trusted their expert advice.
The seamstress they work with is also amazing.
Every part of the experience was great, professional and friendly. It feels like they genuinely care about you finding the perfect dress and it such such a warm, welcoming, family feel.

Megan & Hannah were so welcoming, kind and friendly and I felt so at ease as soon as I walked into their beautiful shop. They were so helpful in helping me find my dress with zero pressure or judgement. The shop is designed amazingly and you just get such a warm feeling when you’re inside. I can’t wait to return for my fittings and get my bridesmaids dresses!

My experience from the very start was amazing! I knew from the moment I stepped in the shop that this would be where I found my dress! Both Hannah and Megan are super friendly and extremely helpful, I liked one dress with the aspect of another and with their help we combined the two and made my dream dress! I even got my bridesmaids dresses from them and had my alterations done in the shop by their recommended seamstress! Would recommend to anyone who is either just starting their dress journey or unsure about what they are after to give Vickis Bridal Boutique a visit. 💕

They have such a wonderful selection of dresses and bridal accessories to suit all brides. The team were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Great service from start to finish - the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Hannah & Megan were super friendly and encouraging. I was looking for a slightly out of the ordinary style and they couldn't have been more supportive or helpful. Once I'd decided on the dress, they were communicative about lead times, and gave great recommendations for alterations and accessories that were in keeping with what I was looking for, but definitely without being pushy. When it was ready for collection, it was a brilliant experience, even though I wasn't able to bring anyone with me, they made it feel like a celebration. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly!

I was so so nervous when I first walked in but instantly Megan put me at ease and made choosing my dress fun. The girls continued to keep in touch with me as my dress and other bits were coming along and kept me on track with organising my wedding look.

The staff were all lovely and made me feel special trying in dresses and deciding on “the one”. We had the place to ourselves for 90 mins but didn’t feel rushed. A lovely touch was they’d written my name on the main mirror.

Hannah and Megan are absolutely fabulous! As someone who is body conscious and was nervous about wedding dress shopping, they put me at ease straight away. They have an amazing selection of dresses and are so accommodating at letting you try on a huge selection of dresses. Me, my mum and sisters had a fabulous experience on both of my trips to try on dresses. The boutique is super cute too!

I went to Vickis bridal after visiting another bridal shop (Chilham bridal) in the morning. The experience at Vickis bridal was totally different with them being really warm and welcoming and helping talk through the different options or concerns. When I went back to try on the dress they were just as accommodating. They have a good selection of ranges with varying price ranges which helped.

My experience at Vicki's was one that I will remember for the rest of my life. I had Hannah on my special day and she was so accommodating, kind and reassuring with advice about what works and what doesn't. I trusted her opinion as honest and I found my dream dress on the first visit. The shop was beautiful and had some really unique touches that made it a really personal experience. I can't wait to go back for my fitting in a few weeks. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

I love this shop, Hannah and Megan are so lovely, super friendly and really knowledgeable. They have a great selection of dresses, loved my first wedding dress trying on session with them and going back to try on again. Can’t wait!!

I was a very nervous first time shopper, but the girls made me feel completely at ease. They listened and were super patient and encouraging. I found a dress that was completely different to what I though I wanted, but its gorgeous. I only wish I could have the experience again as it was such an enjoyable day

Beautiful boutique, lovely sisters! Great communication from the start. I fell in love with a dress on the Instagram and set up a date to go and try some dresses on. Unfortunately the dress I loved wasn’t in yet, so Megan and Hannah let me know and we rearranged for another date l, which was super helpful and made it clear that they were tailoring the experience just for what I wanted! I loved my experience trying on dresses, had so much fun and got my dream dress for a fabulous price! I am still unsure about the veil style so I emailed Megan and Hannah and they very kindly have set up another appointment for me to try some more veils on which I really appreciate. I feel that they really care about the customer and want to make you feel comfortable and content!
