Popped into this bridal shop on Saturday, and it was such a great experience! The team was super friendly and helpful from the start, and they made the whole process feel really chilled and fun. They didn’t bat an eyelid if I said something wasn’t my style, which I really appreciated—it felt like they genuinely wanted to help me find my dress.

Big shoutout to Faye - she was amazing! She had me in and out of dresses in no time, made them fit like a dream, and came up with some lovely ideas on how to tweak the look. Honestly couldn’t have asked for better service.

The ladies here are nothing short of amazing! Thanks to Jody, Vicky, Phoebe and Faye I had a lot of helpful advice and finally said yes to the dress on my 3rd visit (I was very indecisive!)! I really enjoyed my visits, with Prosecco provided for me, my mum and sister, and lots of helpful suggestions from the ladies. The whole vibe in the boutique is very relaxed. There was absolutely no pressure and they also did amazing jobs of pinning me into dresses so I could see what they might look like once fitted. They have a wide range of sizes and styles.
The fitting process was fairly seamless (excuse the pun!) and the ladies and the seamstress were again so helpful.
I loved my dress and felt so beautiful on our wedding day. I can’t thank the team enough - you are all amazing at what you do!

I purchased my wedding dress and the bridesmaid's dresses through VBB! From start to finish Victoria and the girls were amazing, really friendly, and full of advice! They were professional and made me feel relaxed! 100% recommend!

I purchased my wedding dress, two bridesmaid dresses and a mother of the bride dress from Vicky and the team. So we've had lots of appointments at both stores and they were just perfect. The entire team, but I do have to give special mention to Vicky were so welcoming and friendly. I love it when you feel so comfortable walking in to somewhere, all the staff remember you and bits about you and you genuinely feel as there excited for the day as you are. I honestly could not recommend them anymore, that perfect mix of professionalism and friendly. They really new there stuff and could see exactly what everyone wanted, were respectful and understanding of people's insecurities. Just perfect. Thank you so, so, so much.

Oh and the dress was beyond stunning! All of them were, I would of been beyond happy in all of them, truly such a stunning collection.

I could not fault my experience at VBB, I was made to feel very welcome from the get go and comfortable too. Faye listened very carefully to what I said I wanted, but then quite quickly picked up on what I actually liked when I tried dressed on and helped me whittle the dress down to a top 3. She really helped me find the one and was so lovely too!!! It was then a really smooth process from start to finish and every person I spoke to at each appointment was just so lovely and made you feel right at home. Not to mention the dresses were absolutely gorgeous!!! It was so hard to choose because each one I tried on was just beautiful. Would recommend to anyone I know getting married.

So happy I found them. Was not expecting to find my dream dress on the first try but I did thanks to the lovely team at Victorias Bridal. They were so friendly and patient and offered us all drinks upon arrival. Could not be happier!

Well to sum up my experience here was absolutley amazing from start to finish!

The email beforehand getting to know you, your style and your wedding.

When your there it’s an amazing experience nothing is too much it’s an homey feel with appointments only so your not trying on with many others looking at you and there is absolutely no pressure put upon you to buy and no limit to what you can try on!

The communication throughout was amazing even after the wedding! They also offer a clean and boxing service which is a lovely touch!

Victoria’s Bridal was recommended to me on a local Facebook group when I posted asking for places to find my wedding dress - they were mentioned along with 4 other stores and I visited all 4 and was so glad I kept Victoria’s Bridal for last because it was everything a bridal appointment should be. Choosing my dress here was a magical expierence and it’s what you picture it will be when you first get engaged. When I went with my mum and sister we had the entire shop to ourselves, they have an amazing system of making sure you are only keeping dresses you are truly happy with and it really helps you realise quickly what you do and do not like. The women who I dealt with were Vicky, Faye and Phoebe who were all amazing each and every time I saw them. They made me feel so comfortable and had such good banter and felt like it wasn’t just a stranger helping you try on dresses it felt like you had someone there you had known years. They have a bridesmaids store also which is where I got my bridesmaids dresses from and again from start to finish were fantastic with all the girls.
I generally couldn’t recommend this place more, the other 3 places I went too I wish I hadn’t wasted my time as this is the place for the full experience and getting to enjoy everything being a bride is - I got married on the 5th July 2024 and my dress is currently back with them being cleaned and boxed up for me to keep forever 🩷 thank you so much for making my wedding day exactly what I had pictured 🩷🩷🩷 x x x

The girls are all so lovely and helpful and their selection of dresses are brilliant. After visiting other dress shops, I was starting to think I wouldn’t find anything I liked. At Victoria’s, it was hard to choose just one.

From the moment I walked in on day one, to the moment I left with my dress the day before the wedding, the team at Victoria’s Bridal have been amazing. I had a specific dress I wanted which I had seen on line, and they had the dress (which had been hard to find).

The collection they have is huge, the shop is so beautifully done out, and the personal touches to individual brides is sweet.

I would highly request Victoria’s Bridal to any bride regardless of how specific, fussy or open you are to what you want.

I honestly had the best experience shopping at Victoria's Bridal Boutique. They have an amazing array of dresses, and everyone who works there is a delight - they are so lovely and supportive. From my first visit, I showed them some inspiration and they pulled some dresses, then took my comments to suggest other dresses that might work until I found the one. I never felt rushed and never pushed into a decision or given a hard sell. They were super communicative, letting me know my dress was in and arranging appointments with their seamstress. They will also clean and box your wedding dress after too which I can't wait to pick up. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

I don't often leave reviews though I do often feel compelled to following good service but never seem to find the time but in this case, I had to.

I visited Victoria's Bridal Boutique Dec 2023, following a recommendation. I grew up not far from the boutique but have long since left the area so had no idea what it would be like. I had some email communication beforehand asking if I could bring one extra person and they kindly obliged. As I live abroad, I was trying to organise my dress shopping to be as simple and efficient for those I would want present. On the day I was greeted by Faye who was incredibly warm and kind, it was the last day before closing for the holidays and I anticipated a sped-up experience but could not have been more wrong. They got the set up nice and comfortable for my guests, drinks were offered (we opted for Prosecco because obviously). We discussed my venue and vision for the dress and what I have tried so far and Faye listened intently. We pulled a couple of dresses and Faye selected a few based on what I had shared. The whole experience was an absolute delight, from the little details (my name on the mirror for instance) to their approach to feedback. I have been so apprehensive about dress shopping and expected to feel rushed or worse as you hear all sorts of horror stories. I was able to take my time with each dress and consider what I liked and didn't like (each time Faye listened intently and worked my responses into her selections which she nailed perfectly). She chatted with my guests, listened to our stories, and shared the whole experience, at no point was she pushy or salesy but encouraging and helpful. We were there for quite a while, and they topped up drinks, laughed with us and even shared when all my guests shed a tear. I left feeling on top of the world even if I had not made a decision yet, I am someone who needs time to digest and they were very understanding of that. I returned for a follow-up to try on my favorite dress of the day and was so happy to see the exact level of care was given (we were hosted by Phoebe in this instance) and we tried a few different things to tailor the dress to my wants, trying different accessories and experimenting with fabrics and even shoes so I could practice walking. All follow-ups from the appointment (via text) were kind and patient. Of course, there was a great selection of dresses for different styles but I cannot express how much was added to the experience by Victoria's boutique as a whole. I ended up opting for a different dress in the country I live in as if had a few of the details I would have needed to alter BUT if I could have purchased the dress at VBB I would. I have still bought accessories from them and am still thinking about whether I can make my budget work for two dresses and honestly, if I could bottle the feeling I got being there, I would.
