Brilliant staff who helped me pick a wedding dress, very accommodating and kind people. Wedding dress looked amazing on the big day!

I'm a plus sized bride and was very nervous about trying on wedding dresses. They were absolutely lovely, friendly and really made the experience personalised and wonderful. I picked my dress and would highly recommend 😊

Clare offered a down to earth and considered approach to wedding dress shopping. She really listened to me when I conveyed my body worries, and my preferences, and gave really helpful advice in a relaxed environment. Would highly recommend.

This dress was pick among many other and I can truly say the quality for price is amazing - the dress is seamlessly beautiful just fall so nicely on! Definitely the nicest dress I have brought for a long time

Liz is so incredibly talented, and knew exactly what to do with both of my wedding dresses! Liz made alterations that I didn't even know were possible, and worked to a very tight turnaround time, taking my budget and time constraints into consideration. In addition to altering my dresses, I also purchased a veil from Liz, after deciding very last minute to wear one! Liz helped me to find one that complimented my dress beautifully. Both dresses and veil fit perfectly and I felt amazing wearing them on the day! I would 100% recommend Liz - thank you so much! Tiffany

Absolutely loved Caroline! Was recommended by a lot of people I work and was not disappointed. Cute little boutique with the most amazing dresses and all the different styles you could ask for. She really just knew what I had in my mind even though I couldn't verbalise it and had a lot of opinionated people with me who had the opposite opinions to me! She just knew what I wanted and found "the one"! Could not be more grateful to Caroline for all her help and for keeping calm with my crazy family around! Always a plus!

I am chronically indecisive and was quite nervous about going wedding dress shopping. My Mum and my maid of honour were astounded when I chose my dress at the first and only wedding dress shop we went to! We had a lovely time at the Bridal Room and they really listened to what I liked and didn't to help me find my dress. The only thing I would highlight is that you aren't allowed to take any pictures except for in the dress you choose to buy (if you commit to buying it!). For me this worked ok, but for some who may want to go away and mull their decision over (and remember what the dresses looked like) before committing to a dress this may be a drawback. My appointment when I picked up my dress and chose a veil was equally lovely.

I had the best experience at Georgina Scott Bridal. It was the first shop I went to and I knew I didn’t need to go anywhere else. Perfect service, so warm and welcoming and every time I went into the shop i felt like I was meeting old friends. Thanks to all the team for helping me get the most perfect dress for my day.

I thought I would struggle to find a dress as I don’t wear dresses but found my dream dress straight away. I was told not to go to this shop as it’s like a jumble sale which In honesty it is but I found my dream dress so others might find theirs

The team at gatehouse brides are absolutely phenomenal. From the day I first stepped into the shop to choose my wedding dress to the day I officially got to wear it on my big day I felt like I was a princess. The team treated me with kindness and importance throughout my appointments. The one thing I think is absolutely key when choosing your wedding dress is to ensure that the experience is all about the bride. This happened to me everytime and the team would be on it in making sure everything was perfect and that I was happy! If I had any questions no question was a silly question and I always left the shop after each appointment feeling reassured and one step closer to all the planning coming together smoothly! I also took my bridesmaids to shop for their dresses and their experience was exactly the same as mine! Gatehouse brides have and always will do me proud and I cannot recommend them enough to choose your wedding dress with ❤️
