I got married this year and purchased my dress from The Bridal Boutique Baildon. Had a really positive experience with Tracy when trying on and choosing my dress. Tracy made me feel confident, beautiful and really took her time to help me find the one! She is patient and really friendly, would definitely recommend this boutique. Thank you Tracy!

I booked an appointment at their sister shop Peggy (formally Off The Peg) which is only round the corner from the Dotty shop. So highly recommend booking appointments in both while your in the area. I had booked an appt at both and the first appt was at Peggy. Booking both appts was really easy via their booking system. You do have to pay for weekend appts but it's well worth the money! The Peggy shop was unreal, absolutely racks and racks of really high quality gowns to choose from, definitely a step up from Wed2be but not extortionate prices either. I went in with an open mind but thought I knew what dress would suit my body... I was wrong! The women there are so skilled and know exactly what they're doing. They really took time to listen to my ideas, what I wanted to show off on my figure and what I wanted to conceal, they asked about the wedding vibe, theme and bridesmaids dresses and colours to really get to know my vision and I literally found the dress of my dreams which was also half price! £2000 down to £1000 which was an added bonus! I thought I'd want a plain satin gown with thick shoulder straps and came out with this beautifully intricate lace gown with off the shoulder sleeves based on the dressed that they pulled out and asked me to try. I felt incredible and I am SO pleased with how it looked in our photos. I got so many compliments on the day and I have never felt more beautiful in my life. Thank you so much!

From day one right up until after the wedding Claire has been amazing. She listened to me and let me try as much as I wanted. And made me feel so confident my dress was amazing. She was so flexible and understanding. Would 1000% recommend her to anyone never felt so at ease as I did with this part.

Right from the start, Mechelle listened to exactly what I did and didn't want for my wedding dress. She let me browse the dresses at my own leisure, gave advice from what I had told her and gave her honest opinion when I asked for it. There was no sale-pressure whatsoever like I've experienced in some other bridal shops. Mechelle has a wide range of different style dresses which are beautiful. She worked as close to my budget as possible rather than putting me in dresses that were way over. I was able to take my time in making decisions and wasn't rushed. Mechelle's professionalism, friendly attitude and attention to detail meant that I found my perfect dress to get married in. I can't wait to visit in April to collect my dress!

What a wonderful shop with amazing customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly staff, great price.

The team at Limelight were incredibly helpful when helping me to try on dresses and then with the purchase and alteration of my dress. They were also flexible when I had to change an appointment last minute.

To have And To hold Mirfield - Clare and Jenny are amazing, super friendly and accommodating, and my dress... well, it was perfect! Thank you so much for all your help! I got so many compliments on how beautiful it was!

A very friendly welcome and super customer service. The boutique is filled with beautiful gowns and accessories. The Rainbow Club shoes are definitely a winner - elegant yet so comfortable. I would recommend all future brides make a visit to Bijou Bridal Boutique.
