Barbara Brennen is the owner and founder of Bad Ass Cakes, and she enjoys helping clients create memories of their big day as well as wow-ing their guests with something a little different. She is very flexable and uses her know-how to create personalised wedding cakes that match specific requirements in breathtaking ways.

In 2013, Barbara decided to set up this operation, and she has been bringing all manner of tasty recipes to life ever since. She is an experienced professional who has been employed by some top hotels, The Savoy & The Ritz Hotel, and she loves working alongside couples to bring their ideas to life.

The more notice you give the better, it allows us time to get creative. No problem if you would like a cake at short notice please contact us

Yes, delivery charged depending on postal code. Please ask

Do you hire cake stands?

How many tiers can my cake be?

You can choose 1 tier or 8, it’s up to you. We like our couple to look up on your cake not down

How many flavours can I have on my cake?

This depends on the size. More tiers, more flavours, but please ask

What are the forms of payment?

As we usually start working on the finished look straight away 50% payment due to secure the date and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the wedding. Terms will be sent on enquiry
