Hi, and welcome to Birch House Cake Design, run by me Erin. I am based in West Sussex and I am passionate about designing stylish, elegant wedding cakes to create a truly beautiful centrepiece for your wedding day.

I love to create modern sheet cakes, lambeth vintage cakes - a big trend for 2025 and 2026 weddings. I also love to use fresh flowers to embellish cakes, as well as innovative techniques using wafer paper and rice paper to create contemporary sculptural designs. I also specialise in the use of modern fondant techniques including sugar paste work such as draping and florals.
