Sugar flowers are my passion, and my highly-skilled wedding cakes are characterised by realistic, delicate blooms on classic, modern designs. I also love sugar details that reflect a couple’s love story: a tiny model of your favourite place or passion, a sketch of your wedding venue, a portrait your home together, always subtly hidden amongst elegant design and flowers that match your bouquet and button holes.
