CarolAnn's Country Kitchen is a small family business, owned and run from home in Shenley Lodge, Buckinghamshire by CarolAnn McGregor. CarolAnn has over 50 years of experience in the wedding industry and has previously worked in London, Surrey, Sussex, and Suffolk.

We have also been extremely privileged to be chosen to work at the amazing Stowe School, the scene of many period dramas & films, including Bridgerton!

CarolAnn's produces beautiful bespoke wedding cakes with their reputation being built on their wedding fruit cake, which has always used the same special recipe, to ensure a delicious, rich luxurious cake, that comes highly recommended. They can provide you with:

• Fruit wedding cakes.
• Sponge wedding cakes in assorted flavours.
• Cupcake towers
• Anniversary cakes
• Specialist Birthday Cakes.

After an initial consultation, your wedding cake, if fruit, will be prepared three months prior to your wedding day, using only the finest and freshest ingredients and wherever possible being sourced from local suppliers, including lovely free-range eggs.

Before baking a fruit cake, the fruit is hand sorted and brandy or sherry soaked, depending on your preference.... then the cooked cake is brandy or sherry fed for the next three months prior to your wedding day to ensure its perfection.

Finally, included in the price are any pillars, decorations, cake boards and ribbons, plus a fresh flower topper if required.

* Not included in the price are sugar flowers.

If sugar flowers are required, owing to the time involved in making them, they will be priced separately & individually per head or leaf.

If fresh flowers are used in the design, these are sourced from sister company CarolAnn's Country Garden, florist, which is run from the same location, thereby ensuring that everything goes smoothly.

Areas covered

We deliver & set up at venues in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, although very often couples traveling further afield for their weddings will collect their cakes from us.

If we are delivering & setting up, the cake table will be decorated with silk rose petals & wedding crystals, unless otherwise specified.
