Welcome to Centrepiece Cakes, my updated vision for my cake business, formerly known as Bakealous. I have built up a fantastic reputation throughout Hertfordshire and the home counties and have recently rebranded my business to Centrepiece Cakes. Having had two beautiful children in and around the time of COVID-19 and with my children now at school, I am able to start building my business back up and working with more lovely couples throughout 2024 and beyond.

My attention to detail has set me apart and enabled me to produce some of the most amazing cakes for Weddings and other special occasions since 2003, right up to the present day.

After years of practice and honing my craft, I finally found my passion in making handmade sugar flowers & foliage, which transform the most elegant of cakes into something truly magical – with the same question being asked many times over – are they real!?

Each of my cakes is designed to meet your needs and is made to order with absolute freshness and quality ingredients, with the height of all tiers being 7″ tall. These tiers include 3 layers of delicious sponge sandwiched between 2 layers of buttercream finished in a luxurious white chocolate ganache. Each of your guests will enjoy a generous serving, which is clearly an important factor when comparing value for money.
