Owner Yvonne is passionate about baking, and is a firm believer that everything tastes better when it's homemade with plenty of love. Each dessert she offers is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients to ensure each client enjoys a mouthwatering taste.

Crumbs & Treacle can provide from single-tier to four-tier wedding cakes to best suit your preferred style and event size. Yvonne can match a variety of aesthetics, whether you want a rustic, semi-naked design or a whimsical touch with vibrant, dried florals. How much notice do I need to give you?
We have a minimum of 6 weeks notice however, we do at times take last minute orders if we have the capacity to do so. Please get in touch to discuss
Do you deliver?
Yes, a minimum charge of £35 for delivery and set up within 5 miles of our studio. Deliveries outside of this is available, please get in touch for a quote on deliveries

Beautiful and delicious
Yvonne’s love of baking and creating art made of delicious cake is clearly engrained within her soul. She was engaged with ideas and creativity and excited to create our beautiful cake with us. We are so glad we chose crumbs and treacle

Wedding cake
I can’t thank crumbs and Treacle enough. It was very last minute. I sent them a picture of what I wanted and they didn’t let me down. The flavours are unreal. We didn’t have one piece left.

The most delicious cake!
We could not be happier with the cake that Yvonne made for us. It was delicious, beautiful, and went down a storm at the wedding! Throughout the process, Yvonne was super communicative, and answered any questions that we had. The pressed flower design was simply stunning! Would absolutely recommend as she is a fantastic baker and just an all-round lovely person to work with (would specifically recommend the chocolate cake with salted caramel icing)!!

Wedding Cake
Yvonne was great from start to finish. She organised a cake tasting session and we had a couple of detailed calls to outline the vision for our wedding cake. Once all this detail was down, she had everything she needed and boy did she turn the vision into a reality. The cake was exactly what we wanted, delicious, and beautiful. She arrived on time, was super helpful and super discreet. Everything and more you could ask for from a supplier on the day of a very busy wedding. Thank you Yvonne, hugely recommend her to anyone looking for a celebratory delicious and beautifully baked cake and cookies.

Amazing wedding cake
Yvonne from Crumbs and Treacle did our wedding cake and working with her from start to finish was amazing.
Her attention to detail, understanding of requirements and very responsible approach blew us away! I would 100% recommend ordering a cake from her to anyone.
Cake itself was DELICIOUS and beautiful and fit the wedding theme so well! Delivery was on time, with no issues.

Perfection
We have used Yvonne in the past for birthday cakes and treats so we instantly new from what we already tried crumbs and treacle was our one and only choice. Yvonne from start to finish with choosing our cake flavours and design was faultless. Communication was amazing and she made our cake dreams come true. The cake was breath taking and tasted unbelievable with each and every tier. Thank you so much crumbs and treacle!

Bespoke and elegant
Our wedding day in 2020 had to be organised around Covid restrictions and went from big venue to back garden. Crumbs and Treacle elevated the day with brilliant cupcakes, which were perfect for the occasion.
Initially Crumbs and Treacle gave us a huge choice of flavours to pick from. All the flavours we chose were outstanding and a real talking point with our guests. The presentation was flawless.
I felt able to rely on Crumbs and Treacle 100% for this element of the day and am hugely grateful for their efforts during a time when even having a wedding was hugely uncertain.

Guests where raving about the cookies the next day!
I always knew I wanted to have a small wedding cake and smaller treats, so when I found Crumbs & Treacles cookies I knew this would be perfect!
Yvonne is amazing such great attention to detail and the bakes are incredible. She went into such detail on making sure the cake matched the decor of the day.
We had 4 different flavours and none where left over at the end of the night. We even got messages the where guests had taken some home for the next day. It worked so well as very little people don't like cookies and you can tailor the flavours to suit what you want and offer a range.

Absolutely incredible!!
Yvonne created the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake for us. It was absolutely incredible and we received so many comments on how amazing it was. Yvonne was also an absolute pleasure to deal with, from our first consultation right through to the finished product. Very friendly, helpful and professional, I would not hesitate to recommend her services. We will certainly be using her again for every possible occasion in the future. Thank you Yvonne!! x

Delicious carrot cake for our wedding
I initially didn’t want to get a wedding cake but I am so pleased we did and even more so that we got it from Crumbs & Treacle! Yvonne was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and made the whole process very enjoyable. We had 1 tier of carrot cake and 1 tier of lemon and raspberry. Many of our guests said it was hands down the best carrot cake they had even eaten! Highly recommend, the cake was delicious and beautifully decorated.

Fantastic service
Yvonne was fantastic and very professional. We gave her full control on decoration and she did not disappoint, she made the cake such a focal point for the wedding and it tasted fantastic too!

Fantastic cake and lovely lady
Yvonne at Crumbs and Treacle made sure everything was perfect for our day. The communication we had was great throughout. She brought our vision of our cake to life and seemed to know exactly what we meant from my explanation. We had so many compliments on how tasty the cake was, as well as how fantastic it looked. Highly recommend!

Amazing! Tasty! Scrumptious!
He had the delight of Yvonne developing our wedding cake for us. We were invited to attend a tasting event hosted by Yvonne, i would recommend this as you get to try many of her cakes and cookies with a glass or two of bubbly. From there we discussed ideas, my brief was quite 'loose' as we weren't having a traditional wedding so no colour theme but wild/meadow flowers was the inspiration behind the brief. I wanted different textures and flavours and what Yvonne produced was incredible! we had the carrot & Pecan cake, strawberries and cream cake, lemon and lime cake with choc chip cookies, raspberry and white choc cookies and oat and raisin cookies. everyone said how wonderful they tasted.
