I'm Jen, and I'm a specialist in Ganache based Wedding cakes across Dorset and Hampshire. I truly believe that cake brings loved ones together and I am here to reflect your love story into your cake.

I am a bespoke service, which means that I will create your dream cake, guided by you. We will work together to ensure you have a cake with your favourite flavours and style that will stand tall for the whole day.

Typically, I specialise in ganache sponge cakes (although I make a mean fruit cake as well, for the traditional ones among us!).

I create Semi-Naked or Fully Covered cakes that will truly wow you and your guests.

I know wedding planning can be busy and stressful at times - but I am here to make sure that your wedding cake is the most fun part of the process. Not only do I send you a sample box for you to try my yummy flavours, but I will also do a drawing of your cake which I will then send to you after the big day as a keepsake. I liaise with your venue, florist, and other suppliers, so that your cake is the least of your worries.

A little bit about me...

I have been baking cakes and scrumptious treats for as long as I can remember, and in 2023, I decided to turn my hobby into my livelihood.

I love impressing people with cakes. That's the truth. The taste, the detail, the size, the look, the power of different ingredients, tools, and decorations—there's so much you can do to make a cake that captures your style, personality, or story. I'm a perfectionist and love incorporating my artistic streak into my work. Beyond appearance, I take immense pride in the luxury flavours of my cakes and the stress-free experience I give to my couples.

I am a mother to a lovely 3-year-old boy a wonderful cockapoo, Coco. We live in Poole, and aside from cake artistry, my hobbies include beach walks, looking after my houseplants, and going on family days out together.

My values are all about showing love to others and treating each other with kindness. I know that wedding planning can be a tad stressful at times, but your cake is an opportunity to bring some fun and relaxation to the experience.
