Eternally disappointing lack of professionalism
Lack of professionalism and responsiveness over the last year was alarming with the business seemingly taking a backseat to other life goals and issues, which naturally is fine, however, running a business requires a distinct level of professionalism and seeing other reviews and experiences of late it appears ours isn't localised. Were very disappointed as Caryn and Rob are genuinely nice people, however knowing this and having that established relationship, I would have found it more respectful and courteous to at least give us a call. The money was refunded the same day after eventual chasing by phone but it wasnt handled great and this business certainly isnt what it was. You cannot live off the reviews and awards of old forever.
