These lifelong friends are passionate about all things cake, and they endeavour to offer exceptional customer service to ensure that each client has a simple and stress-free experience. Ginilla Cake Design produces cakes that have a classic design with a modern twist. Working tirelessly, Gillian and Gina create sharp edges, sugar flowers, and delicious cake flavours to make a masterpiece worth talking about. Ginilla cake design also offer Favours such as all-butter fondant iced biscuits, cakesicles and cake hearts.

Highly recommend

Thank you Ginilla Cake Design for our beautiful wedding cake! From our first consultation to our finished product, Gina was so enthusiastic, friendly and very knowledgeable.
The cake tasted as great as it looked and we received so many wonderful comments from our guests. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to order again in the future!

Cake of dreams

We were recommended Ginilla and we were not disappointed. Gina was absolutely fab from our first email, to samples, design and the final product. Gina was super understanding during the design phase, listening to our feedback and providing new designs until we found our dream cake. They are really accommodating, giving us a gluten free top tier and their range of flavours are fabulous. The cake on the day was beyond what I imagined. Our guests loved the uniqueness of it, it fitted perfectly to the venue and the cake hoop provided by Ginilla was perfect too. It also tasted amazing and we got so many amazing comments from our guests

Stunning and delicious!

We had a three-tier completely vegan cake for our wedding and it was asbolutely amazing - it looked stunning and tasted great. Not many places would be able to do fully vegan - and not only that but Gina made us 3 different flavours - the options were amazing but we went for a coconut and lime; chocolate orange and lemon sponges. We also had some gluten free (non vegan) cupcakes. We had a consultation with Gina to go through what kind of things we liked and then she pulled together an amazing design that somehow captured all the ideas we had asked for to cover our seaside and Disney themes! We also got to try some yummy samples. The cake was delivered and set up on the day, we didn't have to think about a thing. Fantastic service. It was even better than we had imagined.
