Gem made the most amazing wedding cake for my July wedding! I had found a picture of the cake online, showed it to Gem and asked her to re-create it. It was a semi-naked cake decorated with beautiful macaroons, golden popcorn, mini-meringues and other tiny, delicious decorations.
I can confidently say it was one of the main highlights of the wedding with all guests gushing about how beautiful and delicious it looked and tasted! Thank you, Gem, I couldn’t have wished for a better wedding cake!

Gem was fabulous from the start, she was totally on board with our ideas and delivered an amazing half traditional half superhero wedding cake. My guests comments were amazing stretching from 'I can't believe you let him get away with that' to 'that's the best wedding cake I have ever seen'. The flavours were great too!
I would highly recommend Gem to anyone!

Ally and I were both extremely happy with how everything turned out. We're happy we decided to go with the 'simple' design on the outside too - very classic look. 

The bottom tier (raspberry and almond) was cut up for our guests and I've received nothing but rave reviews on how yummy it was!  Ally and I absolutely LOVED the purple cake tier you did - it turned out excellent! 

We had a perfect day :-)  Thank you very much for adding to it with your talents.
