Flo created an absolutely stunning cake for our wedding that matched our theme perfectly. Words can't describe how much we recommend her. From start to finish Flo made the process incredibly easy to understand and had a very professional, friendly and helpful attitude and is clearly very passionate about what she does. We found Flo whilst searching on Google, and we're so glad we went with her. Started off by requesting a quote online, and following this we had a call with her to go over the details and answer the questions we had. Flo was friendly and professional, and made us feel at ease, one less to worry to about in the planning process! We never met in person, but Flo provides a sample service where you can order different flavour options to be delivered to your door. Our cake was a three-tier iced cake, chocolate/lemon/rose from bottom to top. The cake was absolutely delicious and looked stunning, lots of praise from our wedding guests, still have some of it in the freezer too! My husband and I finally tied the knot in September after many postponements due to Covid. We decided pretty last minute that we wanted to have a semi-naked cake made to tie in with our 'rustic' themed wedding and having looked at Flo's cake creations we reached out and as luck would have it, Flo managed to fit us in ! We were over the moon !

Flo was an absolute delight to work with; very caring, professional and efficient.

Now for the cake... what can we say! It was even better that we could have ever imagined. The design, the taste, it was just AMAZING ! There were a variety of flavors to choose from, but we went with: -

Top tier - Gluten free Zesty Lemon
Middle tier - White chocolate & Raspberry
Bottom tier - Classic Victoria Sponge

All three tiers were beautifully made, so light and fluffy and SO tasty! Flo also placed the flowers and cake topper perfectly.

We received SO many compliments on our cake; our guests absolutely loved it.

We can’t recommend Flo (or her baking) enough. We will certainly be using Let Them Eat Cakes again.
