Not Just Cake specialises in buttercream and sugar paste cakes. Harriet also loves adding beautiful florals, whether fresh or handcrafted sugar flowers, to make it all the more aesthetic. From single-tier cakes to show-stopping centerpieces, you can get wedding cakes in different styles and sizes at Not Just Cake. Dummy tiers are available, too, if you want the tiers and not the extra cake.
Once you have secured your date, Harriet can meet with you, either online or offline, for a consultation. Choose from a range of delectable flavor profiles that she presents in the complimentary taster box, and then let her work her magic. She can cater to a party of any size and offers delivery across the South West.

Simplistic yet Super Wedding Cake!!!
I had a vision in my head that when I explained to others they didn’t really get, but Harriet knew where I was coming from straight away and her communication was excellent; we also shared various picture ideas to ensure we both had a clear image for the finished piece.
I had no worries in regards to the taste of the cake, having had cakes from Harriet before and they’ve all been delicious!! The range of flavours available is also great and our choices were complimented by our guests.
I highly recommend Harriet and will be sure to use her again for future occasion cakes as she makes the whole process so easy (as well as fab tasting cakes!!)
