The price is from £230 for a 2-tier cake featuring 4-inch and 6-inch round cake tiers in my Classic flavours: Classic Vanilla, Luscious Lemon or Dark Chocolate Mud Cake, which we have covered in chocolate ganache, white or ivory fondant icing presented on an iced ribbon trimmed cake drum.

• Cake yields 22 dessert servings or 38 finger-sized servings.
