Wedding Cakes in South East - England

After finding Femi’s cakes via instagram we knew we wanted her to help us with some guest favours for our wedding. After a call to discuss flavours and decorations, Femi came up with a design and sent us a sneak preview. Communication throughout the process was responsive and great! On the big day. the cupcakes were so beautifully decorated and tasted amazing. All our guests loved them! We couldn’t recommend Femi enough - thank you!

Our cake for our 25th wedding anniversary was amazing, it tasted as good as it looked. So much time and love goes into these cakes, they are made with so much detail representing the couple they are made for.

The best cake ever. Nothing was too much trouble for Daisy and I cannot rate her highlight enough. As a very nervous Ceoliac I have always dreaded the idea of trusting someone else to make a cake that isn't going to make me poorly and on the most important day. From the first communications I felt instantly reasured, we tried samples to help re-assure me and no question was ever silly. We had the most BEAUTIFUL cake and had so many compliments and the best part was I could actually enjoy it anxiety free and no one even knew it was Gluten free!

Rachel supplied our wedding cake for our wedding on 6th November 2024. From the beginning she listened to everything that we wanted and made a lot of notes. We went for two cake tastings and honestly it was a difficult choice every time from so many gorgeous flavours. Rachel is very accommodating with the flavours and offers a wide variety and allows the options to mix things up a bit. We told Rachel of our celestial theme and sent her pgotos of whay were we looking for, but I couldn't believe how stunning it was when I saw it! Absolutely beautiful and so much better than we imagined. I had so many comments from our guests on how amazing the flavours were and I had many people wanting to take some home! I would highly recommend Rachel again in the future, and I am so thankful that she made the cake for our special day 💖✨️🎂

From our first point of contact with Heidi she was very responsive to our enquiry and incredibly professional and easy to chat with. We talked through our cake ideas, ordered some delicious samples and then had a video call to finalise the design. Heidi then proceeded to replicate our vision, and we were blown away by how it looked and tasted! Would highly recommend Heidi, she is the best!

I contacted The Cupcake Baker less than a month before our wedding after being let down by another supplier and Cathy very much came through. Very responsive communication and open to our needs, and very reasonable price as well. We got 3 different flavours of cupcake (red velvet, vanilla, lemon) as well as a cutting cake, with colours to match the theme of the wedding. Cathy came to set everything up for us and the display looked amazing. I didn't get to try a cupcake but I was assured they tasted great, and they all quickly disappeared which should give an indication of quality! The cutting cake on the other hand was all ours and was delicious. I would definitely recommend The Cupcake Baker if you're getting married in the Oxfordshire area and are looking for something a little different for your cake. Thanks again guys for getting this done at the last minute!

I had the pleasure of working recently with Maria from The Viking Bakehouse. Her wedding cake was absolutely stunning and exactly the vibe that the couple were going for. She also made delicious cupcakes which were great too.

Clare made us our absolute dream wedding cake!! It was so much better than we imagined - it was incredibly beautiful and tasted amazing! I really can’t describe how happy we both were to see the cake. The detail was incredible - it really was a work of art. It was honestly perfect. We went for Black Forest (our all time favourite flavour of cake), coffee and lemon and we’re so happy with our choices! Each was perfect! I would recommend Clare to anyone!
