The Incredible Cake Company is a place where fun, creativity and design are expressed through delicious cake! Husband and wife team, Oliver and Helen, will work together with you to create not only an amazing tasting cake, but a centre-piece to your wedding that will wow and amaze your guests. Whetever your style, we will work with you to design the wedding cake of your dreams, brought to reality; it will certainly be a cake to remember!
Services Offered
We make cakes of all shapes and sizes from our shop in Eastbourne and are happy to advise on all aspects of your wedding cake needs. We reccomend coming in for a consultation where we can discuss all the deails of you big day and start to build an image of the kind of cake you are looking for. We can show you examples of our work and demonstrate the various sizes of tiered cakes using our display cakes. Consuations are £25 but become free if you place the order.
Examples of prices to expect are:
- Single tiered cakes (serving 24) start from £200
- 2 tiered cakes (serving 38) start from £325
- Naked (3 tier cake serving 75 portions) start from £550
- Double sided designs (3 tier serving 75) from £995
Collecting your cake is an option but we prefer to deliver and set up your cake for you. We can deliver to your venue any day of the week including Sundays although our shop is open Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm. You can contact us through Hitched, our website, email or call or pop in to see us in our shop in Eastbourne. We are taking bookings for 2025 and 2026 but we still have some availability for this year, so just drop us a message and if we can squeeze you in, we will!
We offer over 16 flavours of cake, all of which can be made Glluten Free and there are a selection of Vegan options as well. We can cater for most allergies/ intollerences, so just get in touch to discuss your requirements.

As much as possible! We usually advise at least 8 weeks but we will always try to fit you in if we can

Yes, we offer free local delivery. We do charge for further afield and there is a Sunday and Bank Holiday charge

As many as you require
How many flavours can I have on my cake?
You can have a different flavour for each tier. With cupcakes you can have different flavours in batches of 12
What are the forms of payment?
We accept cash or card in our shop but we can't take payment over the phone. So we accept bank transfers for distanced payments
What areas do you cover?
East Sussex, Kent, London, West Sussex. We will deliver as far as you are prepared to pay for!

Perfect from start to finish
We asked Helen to help us design and make our wedding cake. A top cake and 50 cupcakes. We had 2 designs and 2 flavours on the cupcakes and the top cake was carrot and pecan. The cake not only looked incredible but the flavours were spot on too. All our guests enjoyed it as we did it, nothing was wasted. The whole process was easy and we got exactly what we wanted. We are so grateful to Helen and Ollie for our cake and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing and simple
We have ordered with Incredible Cake Company for birthdays and baby showers in the past and all we can say is Helen and Oliver are amazing super talented and so easy to work with.
The cake flavour options are amazing and the design process was easy to bring our theme into a cake.
Will always recommend them for all occasions especially weddings. They also put some flowers on the cake from our florist and made it look stunning.

Fantastic cake, excellent service, delivered with professionalism
I would definitely recommend the Incredible Cake Company. Helen delivered the cake on time as agreed, and she spent around an hour setting the cake up beautifully. Every guest commented on how wonderful the cake looked and tasted. It was a great experience and I would recommend this company to take the stress out of this part of your day.

They made a cake that is perfect for us
We wanted a cake that leant into all of our nerdyness. Following the first meeting and cake tasting Helen was amazing, she listened to our design ideas, and drafted up exactly what we were after.
It was one of the things that we were most looking forward, and it didn't disappoint.
The flavours were also incredible, I feel a testament to how good it tasted was that we didn't have that much.
The pictures didn't do it justice to how beautiful it looked.

Highly Recommend these gorgeous cakes!
As an April 2024 bride we first got in contact with Helen for a cake tasting in February 2023. We were able to choose a few different flavours, and it was a really relaxed session with some seriously delicious cakes.
During that session, we described our vision for the cake, and she put together a PDF for us with all our ideas. Throughout the entire process, she was very accommodating to our needs and explained everything perfectly. The quoted price was extremely reasonable as well.
We also inquired about the possibility of getting some panda toppers. This was important to me, as I wanted to keep something from the wedding, and Helen and her team delivered brilliantly!
On the day, the cake was absolutely fantastic—we were completely blown away by it! The presentation, taste, and how it held up throughout the day were phenomenal. We opted for a dark chocolate and raspberry cake, as well as a Victoria sponge naked cake with fruit all around it.
The cake looked exactly as we had pictured it when we planned it back in 2023, and it was honestly one of my favourite aspects of the whole day. We had no leftovers, and our guests are still raving about the cake today.

Helen was amazing
We approached Helen at short notice to create our wedding cake and she was amazing. Despite the short notice she took the time to make sure the cake was exactly how we imagined it. The cake tasted great and all of our guests commented on how good it looked. Thank you Helen!

Absolutely amazing! Made our wedding really special.
The whole process with Helen/The Incredible Cake Company was really enjoyable. After deciding how many tiers we wanted for our wedding cake, we were invited to the café for a tasting session. During this session we spoke with Helen about our design ideas, and she encouraged us to be as creative as we wanted to, even with little details which were all taken into account. For example, we went with a cake that looked like the trunk of a tree with our initials carved into it, but we also wanted it to be winter themed because our wedding was in February, so we were able to add snow, berries and flowers (snowdrops, bluebells) which matched our wedding bouquet. In addition, Helen was very understanding of my dietary requirements at the time, and was able to cater to those. The final result was so unique and beautiful, and it tasted divine! We would highly HIGHLY recommend The Incredible Cake Company and will be back again for sure!

Wedding cake
We approached the incredible cake company with an idea but no clue what flavours we would want or even size of cake. They spoke us through everything every step of the way and even delivered our cake on the day to the venue.
The cake was delicious and It surpassed all of our expectations.

Great cakes
The cakes were lovely and looked beautiful. Helen was very helpful during our tasting session and very receptive to changes when working on the design of our top cake. They were happy to deliver the cake on the day and it all looked brilliant.
