I hired Nicolas Chocolate Fountain for my 60th birthday. I paid £399.00 in advance. Nicola cancelled two days before my birthday. I was very disappointed, because she didn’t give me time to hire someone else. I tried emailing her and phoning asking when was she going to put my money back into the bank. I paid by bank transfer. She wouldn’t tell me when the money would go into the bank. She only replied to my email when I threatened to call the police. It’s been almost a month and Nicola has not paid me back my £399.00. I haven’t heard from her. I have contacted Citizen Advice bureau who are helping me get my money back. They advised me to write a letter and give her seven days to reply. It’s ten days and still haven’t heard from Nicola. It was also hard to find her address. She never puts her full address. It wasn’t easy finding it which I find suspicious. She has also deleted my receipt and her terms and conditions on her software, so I cannot access my receipt. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely over the moon with our wedding cake. Really happy with the service from start to finish, we exchanged lots of messages and had a final discussion over zoom. I would highly recommend.
The cake exceeded our expectations, it was beautiful. We didn’t have much left over because it tasted amazing and the guests wanted to take more home with them.

The 4 tier cake was stunning. It went beautifully with the decor, it stood regally at the front of the reception venue, the decoration was amazing and spot on!

The biscoff & caramel, white chocolate and raspberry, and chocolate orange all tasted so good.

You discussed details and were great... right to setting it up at the venue on the wedding day.
